Works great. The cooling gel feels so good and takes away cramps and strains away to your upper feet when you apply before bed. Works great elsewhere. I get cramps in my feet. Thats why I tried.

Very jellish - not ideal for rubbing
It doesn't meet my expectations. Comparing with other brand pain relief merch, it doesn't make "freeze" feeling at all. Also, dry out quickly on the skin, not ideal for rubbing or massaging.
