Cheap....and nasty
It is appalling quality made from cheap plastic. The instructions are very poor not telling you how to open the back. It is a tiny gap in the bottom right hand corner where you insert a screwdriver. Ignore the sound of breaking plastic, forynately it is only a sound.Once the back has shot off across the room exciting the dog into a chase game, eventually you willl recover it coered in doggy slobber, yu then discover that there is conflicting information on what size SIM to fit. After 15 minutes I gave up and dumped it in the draw known as the mobile phone graveyard. Anyone got an old Nokia for sale?

Easy to use.
This phone is for my Dad who is 97 and has only partial mobility of his right hand. The big buttons really help. Thank you.

Great value for seniors
This phone is a replacement for another big button mobile, and is actually much better. For the price it has everything you need for phone and text. Easy to set up, easy to use. Really happy with it.

Avoid at all costs.
Only got one star as there is no option for zero. This is one of those things where the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ applies. I bought it as a work phone to receive incoming calls. I used it on EE but it rarely picked up a signal, even though other phones in our house are on EE and work fine with great reception. According to the item description the battery should last up to a week but the best I’ve managed is around 36 hours so far. Overall avoid it or buy at your own risk.
