Berkley BTLCFG Coated Grip Gloves, Pink

I have a pair similar to these and I’m getting one for a friend who doesn’t have any and I can say that they are wonderful to have when you are trying to get that fish off the hook. The material in the palm area really grips the fish so that it doesn’t slide out of your hands and it protects you from the slippery trout! They are wash And waterproof and are thick enough that you don’t get poked with the hook accidentally. They have some elastic to them so I would imagine they would fit several size hands although these look like they will fit someone with medium hands. They should last for a long time due to the material. I imagine that they also could be warm, but I would not use them for winter type gloves, but they could come in handy while fishing to protect your hands from the cold water.

The gloves fit well and are very durable. I first bought them as a fishing glove but found they are superior for all sort of tasks. I love them and am now on my fifth pair. I ordered 4 more to hold in reserve. It's rubber coating is thin enough that I can feel my fingertips nicely which comes in handy for pulling weeds, manipulating nails, opening/closing snaps, etc.. I use them for gardening, my horse stall cleaning work, handling firewood, using power equipment, etc.. They keep my fingers fairly warm until the temperatures drop below 40 degrees. The pink color makes them easy to find if I put them down. They are washable in cold water but cannot handle heat.

I'm a beach fishing guide and I use these every trip to the beach, and some days those saltwater catfish are really thick where I live. I like to hold the fish to remove the hook as I feel like I have more control over it, but I have had catfish barbs go through the rubber a bit or get caught and pull the fabric on the top part of the glove. But I have not been injured by the fish, thank goodness! Other than that they have been working great! (BTW- it's funny when my male clients put on the glove to get the fish off, they look so pretty in them, LOL!)

These are great gardening gloves! They are super affordable, the quality is great, they are comfortable, fit great and they keep water out! I highly recommend these if you are looking for a good pair of work gloves!

I work retail almost full-time and spend up to half of each shift tossing freight. These gloves fit my hands well, with room for mid-length fingernails. The grippy texture works perfectly for grasping boxes and slippery plastic-covered packages. These gloves have reduced my hand and arm fatigue significantly.

Just recently started fishing with my boyfriend, and have had lots of fun and love catching fish! However, I can’t get past hooking a work as bait with my bare hands. Got these gloves with hopes that i can stop bothering him to do it lol I like them and they are thick where i don’t feel like the fins of a fish, nor a hook could get stuck and prick me. I also love the color pink 🩷
