Excellent to have when no time to make yourself

Great in salads for texture
Cook for 15 mins in boiling water and let cool. I measure out enough for 2 meals and keep half in the fridge. Nutritious and provide a nice texture. Company emailed a recipe book which was a nice touch. Much less hassle than germinating your own seeds.

Good for bulking up something
I'm not a massive vegetable lover, but these are perfect for me as while I don't want to say they taste amazing, they are something I can happily eat to get the healthy nutrition out of the way which I so often lack. They're quite bland in flavour but that's fine as it does mean they soak up the flavour of what you're cooking them with. They go great in a soup or casserole bulking it up and adding some texture to it whilst allowing me to skip the horrible veg. Of course, this is all subjective and I would imagine anyone who does like vegetables would probably like these a lot. Despite numerous varieties they sort of all tasted the same. The flavour is not overpowering at all, just, as I said, bland but again for me, that's a good thing. At £5.99 I think it's a good price, you should get a few dishes out of them. A great way for extra vitamins.

I often sprout veg and purchased these as a good sprout Have tried three times over the last four weeks Result hardly any sprouts

The expiry date on this product states May 2023. Despite this, I wasn't eligible for a refund!

Wrongly advertized as Instant
Not at all instant. You will need to really cook it to eat.
