Feel cheated. Ordered 6. Received 5.
The listing clearly gives option to order 6 items but seller only ships 5. Product may be OK but seller did not and will not fulfil the order of 6 items. Redirects me to local website to reorder. Update 28-08-24 : this order and this product has been such a disappointment. The incense sticks smell horrible. I am genuinely baffled... this product i have used before but this last terrible lot that I received ... Lavender is the worst smelling, then second terrible smelling are Rose and Gugal. Saving grace... Sandalwood and Loban are both ok. Something is wrong with Lavender.. it stinks.

Best product
Dhoop Batti are made from desi ghee and natural ingredients. The lit Batti last longer to give pleasant aroma, purify the surroundings and are used in religious rituals. These are Long Lasting Fragrances, Non-toxic, Pure and Natural Fragrances used.These dhoop sticks smell the same as a homam/havan does. The fragrance lasts for quite a long time. Really glad I bought these.

The quality is not same as before
I ordered this item multiple times as I am a regular user of this product. But this time, I noticed some issues 1. More broken pieces 2. They are thinner than earlier 3. They don’t lit easily like before Still I like the product but giving the rating only to 3 stars because of above issues.
