Super-Support Nasal Dilator, Improves Sleep and Sports Airflow, Nasal Congestion and Nose-Related snoring aid (S 4Pack)

Of several types and brands (Breathe-right, Dr Andrew McKeown, other highly rated choices on Amazon), these dilators work best for my too-narrow nasal passageway. I am able to breathe soooo much better and I can even lay in any position without it affecting the problem nostril and how I breathe. This type dilator is much different in how it fits internally. Took some getting used to how it feels but the silicone structure is way more comfy than any other I've tried. Does make one's nose look larger/misshapen, however. I find it stays in place ~85% of the time. Occasionally it shifts during sleep, or it'll fall out (or I pull it out) and I find it somewhere on the bed, but for the most part, it doesn't budge. Doesn't stop my snoring (hubby can attest, haha) tho, a) he says it's lessened; and b) I can breathe like never before - honestly don't know how I lived without it all these years! Oh, and it's a breeze to clean. About me: 50s F, snorer, no septum deviation, one extremely narrow nasal passage, allergies, no sleep study done yet. What could be improved: as another reviewer stated, I wish there was a size between the Sm and Med (currently use the Sm).

I have been using the medium from my trial pack of S-M-L.for about a month now. After putting them in the first time, for the initial 30 seconds or so, I wasn't sure I'd be able to use them. But I was highly motivated to try them, so I made myself leave them in. This worked. Within a minute, my body was used to them and they were no longer uncomfortable. My husband reports a more restful sleep and I believe I am sleeping better. I used to wake up frequently due to very dry throat and mouth, from mouth breathing and snoring. My throat would be so dry, it was difficult to swallow water, which I kept in a covered cup by the bed. But now, I'm not waking up so often and when I do, it's not because of dry mouth, it's to use the bathroom, or because I've slept long enough and I'm ready to get up. This has helped me a lot and I wish I had found them long ago. I was unable to complete a sleep study years ago due to clautraphobia, and couldn't use the Cpap machine for the same reason. This is non-threatening and I can breath so easily, I can read and do anything, barely realizing I have them in. My husband says he barely notices them. I have only good things to say about this product. If you think they might help you, by all means, give them a try. They're certainly an inexpensive way to solve the problem. I've been wearing this one for about 3 weeks. I wash it every morning after removal, ( although it never has anything to wash off, I do it anyway, on principle ) and place it in the little case that came with it. I've just placed an order for the medium size, now that I'm sure what size works for me. I'm so happy to have found this product because it has improved my quality of life quite a bit! Works good

I probably should have known to order size XS (extra-small) since I have to wear a teen-sized CPAP mask and had teen-sized Invisalign braces, but I mistakenly ordered the S (small) size. As a result, they worked very well at keeping my nasal passages open, but weren't comfortable at all. The seller contacted me and I told them this and they immediately set about having the correct size to me at no additional cost. It did take a couple of weeks because it was being sent from China, but I appreciate their quick attention to my complaint. Now that I have the correct size, I am thrilled with this product. If you have the correct size and follow the insertion instructions, it will comfortably keep your nasal passages open all night. I have been unable to sleep on my right side for the past year because my nasal passage would close up even with the constant air pressure from my CPAP. I tried the strips for the outside of the nose, but they didn't always hold my nasal passage open all night and the adhesive irritated my skin. I also tried the plastic nasal dilators that my local drug store sold, but they were so uncomfortable that I could only wear them one or two nights per week because my nose had to heal in between wearings. Now, I can sleep well on either side without waking up in the middle of the night because I can't breath due to a closed nasal passage. I am a customer for life and will gladly recommend this product to friends and family members with similar needs.

Let me first say these do work and they are very comfortable when you get past the initial phase where your nose has to get used to them (this can be uncomfortable and even painful). That being said, I have bought these 9 (NINE) times over the last several years, and I'm frankly getting tired of re-buying something that should be lasting longer. The fact is, these are clearly designed with serious planned obsolescence to get you to keep buying them. First, they are CLEAR, which means you are going to lose them ALL THE TIME. If you drop them or they fall out of your nose while sleeping, they can be nearly impossible to see on the floor or among your bedsheets. They could make them colored. The could make them bright orange. But then you would be less likely to lose them and, of course, re-buy them less often. Second, they are purposely made with a failure point. Around the outer rim, which holds your nostril open, there is a deliberate break point built in (see pictures). The spot I'm referring is a seam, as if the rim was not molded as a single, closed loop but had 2 loose ends of the loop that were then joined together. This spot will break on you. ALWAYS. It's just a matter of time. Most of the nose rim was manufactured without any seams, so why is a seam needed in this spot? No part of this product has ever broken on me except THAT ONE SAME SPOT. If it weren't for that weak spot, you could likely keep using these for months or even years (if you manage not to lose them), and so it seems this break point is clearly added as a fail-safe to ensure the product fails after a certain period of time and must be purchased again by the user. For all my complaining, I am probably going to buy them once more, because again, they work, and I need them. But I will never change my 1 star review until these deliberate design flaws are corrected, and I will be looking at alternatives.

The nasal dilator works really well to keep my breathing full while sleeping, but the packaging is inconsistent and this time the storage box was broken

These are great! I had previously used this brand but with the tan style. They were much stiffer and not that comfortable. This style is so lightweight and never moves in my nose. You don't even know they are there. I use a Q-tip and put a light layer of Vaseline inside each nostril before inserting them. This prevents any friction or soreness when I remove them the next day. Truly recommend these for a good night's sleep.

I could breathe out of my nose. The value pack was great because it helped me identify what size fit me and then I could hand the other sizes to another family member. I only wish they weren’t clear in the middle of the night. I pulled it out of my nose and in the morning had a fun time playing hide and seek. So I give four stars. Make it a bright neon color so we can find them when we subconsciously pull them out of our nose while sleeping.

Ich nutze die WoodyKnows schon einige Jahre. Wenn man erst die richtige Größe für sich herausgefunden hat, kommt man gut damit zurecht. Ich jedenfalls, fühle eine deutliche Atemerleichterung. Die kleine extra - Schachtel mit Inhalt, finde ich sehr praktisch. Was den Preis angeht, so schließe ich mich den vielen Kunden an, die diesen viel zu hoch finden, da eine lange Haltbarkeit nicht gegeben ist. Kaufempfehlung für die Funktionalität !

Funcionan de maravilla, son fáciles de colocar y no molestan al dormir. Poder respirar mejor o peor, depende en buena medida de la fisionomía de cada fosa nasal, pero con este invento, he conseguido descansar y mantener un sueño profundo. Como inconveniente, a la hora de quitárselos por la mañana, pueden haberse pegado a la nariz y molestar. Basta mojarse la nariz con una gota de agua en el dedo y sin problema.
