Why does it say "Lemon" in the Product Title?

I don’t know. It doesn’t say it on the bottle.

I have contacted some reputable vitamin companies including ones you can only buy from a distributer like a Naturepath or Chiropractor and they said their vit c powder came from China as well. I prefer not getting anything food/supplements from China, but have not found a source.

Which is it - lemon, or unflavored?

My experience is that the "lemon" is a mistake. If you look at the Carlson Labs website, there is no lemon vitamin c crystals product produced by them and I have never seen that in the past. I am using this particular product for many years.
