I think the photo gives an accurage representation of the cap although the photo looks lightened. The cap has a small stretch of elastic sewn into the rear of the cap to stretch if needed. I have an average to slightly large head and it fit perfectly, slightly snug which is fine for my head. It fit perfect. The elastic could stretch quite a bit more if needed.The cap is well made, light weight, and has descent stitching. It is 100% cotton and is quality sewn with reinforcement throughout on the inside. I can't tell what is inside the interior of the brim because it is sewn closed but it is stiff and solid. The button top is also done well. The inside seams of the cap are lined for reinforcement. If you needed to wash it, I would hand wash it in cold water and separately from other clothing and then let it dry on a towel. The description says the cap is pre-washed, but I think the color could run with the first washings I am sure. This cap is dyed very deep fuscia pink. The floral detail is a crispy fuscia flower with a small red rhinestone in the center of the flower - just another nice fine detail for this cap.The seller (Greatlookz Fashion) that I bought it from with free shipping, sent it to me quickly and I got it in about two days! Amazing!I would recommend this cap if you want something bright, cheerful, and fun. I mean, you can't lose!
