Perfect addition to your network for PoE access points
This works wonderfully for providing a higher speed connection to a PoE device. I have a wireless access point with 2.5 gig networking using PoE but the best my PoE switch can do is 1 gig. I have another switch in the house that has 4 x 10 gig uplink ports. I used one of these to provide a faster connection to the access point using this booster. I have two of these powering two different access points. I recognize I am not a hotel and having this kind of setup in my house is certainly overkill.

Works as expected
Some things don't have alot of features and we just need them to work as expected and this is one of those devices. Plug it in and forget about it. I have used many PoE+ injectors over the years and I quite like this mounting system as a couple of small screws can secure it to the wall very easily.

Works Great... For a while
I've had 3 of these for around 2 years now and all seemed great, no issues that I knew of. Now all of the sudden one they will just stop providing L2 mac forwarding and I need to unplug it and plug it back in, works great after this for a few months and then it happens again. These are find for at home, especially due to the price but for a business I'd never want to have to rely on them month after month.
