I Need to Speak with someone

I bought this sander cable drive shaft. It only measures 29 1/2 " long. I need the one that measures about 43" long. Can you send me the one that I should have received that is 42 1/2" please. I ave been trying to get this for 3 months now. Your Shipping took a month and I have been trying to get this item everywhere.

Advertised incorrectly

This drive shaft would have fit perfectly but it's was 3.02 inches to short. This product is advertised as approximate 42.52 inches and it actually measured about 39.5. Would have recieved 5 star if it would have been the correct length.
