Small Pet Select Recycled Paper Pellet Bedding & Litter, Rabbits, 20 lb

If your bun is sensitive to dust/pine (pine pellets) like mine, this product is a must. I previously had bought pine pellets from this brand and had used them for YEARS with my bunnies. However recently, my vet diagnosed my one bunny with a pine allergy, and because of this I needed to switch litter pellets. I did not want to have to do this because this brand has been THE ONLY BRAND that ACTUALLY helps their litter box not smell. Before finding out this brand had paper pellets, I tried other recommended brands of litter that would not do anything to help the smell. When I found out Small Pet Select had paper pellets I did not hesitate to purchase immediately. And I do not regret that one bit. It helps keep my house smelling fresh for days, I end up using less litter pellets than before so it lasts longer, there is no clumping, and the dust level is non existent! If your bunny or small pet is sensitive like mine is, this litter is a MUST. And this brand is a STAPLE for any small pet owner.

This is one of the only litters I will buy for my buns and I have tried many. They like the texture and I like that it looks plain and not crazy colored. Nobody is allergic to it and it controls the smell for a good amount of time. I also like that it doesnt kick up much dust which would be a hazard for the buns. The bunnies will only use this litter now and I tried another when there was a sale for it but they started having accidents everywhere. Went back to this stuff and apparently theyre potty trained again!

Works great for rabbit litter box! Can get messy when it is stuck between rabbit toes but is much better than paper bedding that gets stuck to everything. I'm glad this alternative exists for litter because pine pellets are not safe for little lungs! I love that it comes in a box as I'm trying to reduce the plastic in my life.

I love your product and so does my bunny. But my last box was only half full.

great choice for bunnies

I used to use the carefresh paper bedding and it was quite dusty despite it’s 99% dust free claim. My rats were sneezy especially after putting new carefresh bedding down. They’re getting up there in age and I wanted to minimize stress on their respiratory systems. I also have allergies and changing the bedding was aggravating my asthma. I moved into an apartment where the cage has to be in my bedroom and I noticed it was getting stinky and I was not breathing great at night. Since switching to the eco fresh I’ve noticed less sneezing in my rats and im breathing better too. It keeps the odors at bay and I don’t have to change the bedding as often. I wish I switched sooner! I think it will save me money in the long run too! $20 for the carefresh and I only got 2-3 changes out of it. This 20lb box should last me much longer for only about $15 more. I use less of this bedding also. Driving home the point that this is truly almost completely dust free and anyone who has rats needs to be using bedding with as little dust as possible! Great odor control as well, which I was apprehensive about before purchase.

This is decent but for the price, its a bit expensive but other than the price for the lbs but the paper style is pretty hefty. I like the one from.pets mart better (the naturals thats listed for cats but as long as you get the "unscented" then you are golden. It does help with odor better than other materials but just too expensive

I use this for my bearded dragon. It is very easy to clean up and I just dump it all and replace it every 6 months or so. It is very nice looking in his tank. It is very dusty when pouring large amounts, but it doesn't seem dusty once it's settled.
