I remember using claw clips in the 90s (hi fellow millennials!) and them never fitting or holding well. Now with a baby, I needed something quick and simple to put my hair up without pulling my postpartum hair too much. An instagram ad suggested these, and I figured you can't make too big of a mistake at this price point. Turns out, these are amazing! The hold is perfect, even in my soft and flimsy straight hair! Plus, they're nice and small, not as huge as claw clips used to be. The one thing I'm not loving is the color palette that I went with - the blues are great, but there's a little too much brown for my liking. I wish these came in colors with a little more pop. However, if you'd like something more muted and neutral, these fit the bill.

Great clips for my fine hair, work well and keep my hair up without slipping.

Pretty, but the listing picture makes them seem much bigger than they actually are. They work well for me but these are not jumbo clips, like the picture implies.

PERFECT!! And GREAT for the thinnest, smallest amount of hair. I used to wear the drugstore Goody claws, then they stopped selling those and I could only find those tiny 2" ones that don't hold anything, or the huge ones, that might be good if you have a lion's mane. 🤔 So I searched here on Amazon. I didn't want the large 4 plus inch claws; don't have that much hair. These 3.5" are perfect size. I still had a couple of the Goody clasps, but now I'm 73, hair is much thinner and very silky. The hard plastic claws just let my hair slip right through. But these claws, with the matte finish hold much better, not only because of the texture of the material, which is more grippy, but the big teeth fit closely together AND there is a SECOND Řrow of smaller grippy teeth inside, so your HAIR STAYS in PLACE! YES, my little bit of straight slippery hair is held FIRMLY and gently in place. No hair pulling. It stays on all day or till I take it off. I forget it's even there. I love the muted colors and the smooth, but not slippery, feel of them. When you put them in place and squeeze them shut, that's it, no strands of hair will escape! Aaaaah. Because who needs one more stressful thing in their life.. not me.

Ces pinces sont incroyables!! J'ai les cheveux très longs et épais puis d'habitude les pinces que j'achète ne les tiennent pas mais celles-là, ça prend bien tous mes cheveux. Je peux porter les pinces toute une journée et c'est bien solide. J'en ai justement une dans les cheveux en ce moment!! Très bonne qualité et de jolies couleurs. J'adore!!
