Fun and easy to learn but definitely practice
Great little book for creative stick man drawing . I found it very helpful to " crack " the spine with a little pressure to help the new book lay flat . Took it to a coffee shop and had a few people tell me they loved it .

Disappointing…seems just a quick sell with no effort put into it
Disappointing. Just received and desirous of returning immediately. This is one of the sentences from the description: “ Line Drawing teaches you how to start with the simplest doodles, building into more elaborate, delicate illustrations. Suitable for children, teens, and adults who want to practice and improve their drawing skills.” “How” implies methodology. That is not what you get. The pictures posted show the so-called progression. The second pic is the first drawing “exercise”, the third one is your next progression and the last photo is where you are supposed to have developed to. There is a one page, very weak reference to using the grid method, (the first one)but no true explanation of using it effectively. There is no guidance at all. Apparently I didn’t read the real reviews or the look at the sample pages as I normally do, or I wouldn’t have bought it. You literally just get 2 to 3 drawings on the left and a blank grid page on the right, for the entire book.

Poor content poorly presented.
This is such a lazy and thoughtless book. There is a one page intro on why drawing ‘stick people’ are important (which they are!) but after that it is just a few pages of random stick people drawn from different sources. No words, no themes to the drawings no guides, no logic, just downloaded images from somewhere… really poor.
