Going up a size can make all the difference. With this cup, I’ve had zero leakage, except on the rare occasion I’ve simply left it in longer than I should. That reliability has been a complete game changer. I now swim confidently on my period (something I used to avoid on holiday), and it’s handled gym sessions and day‑to‑day movement without issue. I started out using a pad as backup, but I don’t need that anymore. Insertion & Removal If you’re new to cups, there is a learning curve and I won't try and fool you here. I am always looking for a comfortable way to pass the time with Aunt Flow and decided to give the SHORDY Reusable Menstrual Cup a go because the price was right, I like to be as eco-friendly and I can be with everyday things and I was due for a new set. I will say these were more flexible than other cups I have used in the past (which was nice) and were easily put in place (although beware if this is your first set, there is a learning curve). The suction on these bad boys was pretty darn good and I didn’t have any leakage through out the day or during the night. Once in place the cup stays securely where it needs to be and adapts to my body’s shape, even when I am running or being super active. The cup is fairly easy to remove once you get the hang of it and also very easy to clean (and keep odor free, which is important to me). The SHORDY menstrual cup has definitely met my high standards for a cup and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, eco-friendly, and hassle-free alternative to traditional menstrual products.

Excellent quality and very comfortable to use. Having two different sizes made it easy to find the best fit, and the included storage case is a nice bonus. They're easy to clean and feel durable. Great value compared to other brands.
