You think fit okay on a Honda rebel 250?

The mirrors come with some adapters and are not model specific. If you have similar mounting type for your stock mirrors, there is a good chance these will work. They are really nice for the price too, I love mine.

these are not brand specific, i believe they will work on any bike.

I read the reviews and it says most can’t get it to fit a 19 road glide special has this been fixed to fit now?

They fit my 2017 Street Glide Special. There shouldn't be any difference in the control/handlebars.
