The stand itself is compact and well-made, arriving in a pristine box. Also included was a full instruction / care pamphlet to help get things setup and learn how to maintain my new stand correctly. My controllers fit into the charging slots perfectly and stay charged. If it gets a little too hot, with the press of a button I can cool things down. I use the game storage for keeping twelve of my favorite games handy and have another stand for storage. I highly recommend others giving this stand a try to organize your gaming rig. it is backed by a fantastic company that truly believes in customer satisfaction and at a great price it is definitely worth a shot.

This item has been amazing, now all of my sons games and controllers are in one place. I don't have to worry about it over heating and I can keep everything together and up out of the way so that my little nephew does not get hurt or break anything. I highly recommend this item. It arrived early, was just as described and the seller was so nice and helpful. I will definitely order from them again very soon.

Have the device for over a month and the fans no longer make a soft hum but now a very loud and annoying swirling noise. It worked great the first few weeks but late one night as I turned on my PS4 the fans suddenly made a mad swirling noise that I was afraid it was coming from my console going crazy. I still wasn't very happy when I found the actual source as I really did love this product when it was working properly. Fortunately New Dream Tech customer service understood my situation and offered me a full refund despite having the device for over a month. Like I said above I really did like this product, it has a nice setup for your controllers and games. I doubt my situation is common so I'll give the cooling stand another chance and purchase another one in the near future.

I like this stand a lot and everything works on it so far... USB ports all fans and charging docks. I'm giving it 4 stars because I've only had it a week or so. If it lasts for a few years and or more I'll give this item 5 stars. Will fit PS4 Slim as well as regular PS4.. The design is nice. It is plastic but it isn't that really light cheap plastic this thing is solid for plastic if that's helps. I would recommend buying for the look and for saving space. I would not recommend this for younger/reckless kids because it will tip over with enough force.

Such a great purchase! Fan keeps ps4 cool to the touch. Game case holder is super convenient to keep favorite games by ps4. And super nice to have my controllers fully charged as I rotate them as the batteries die.

Very hard to get the controllers to sit just right and charge, almost have to force them down to fit. The games don't sit flush with the surface the stand is on, so they kind of wobble at a weird angle. The right side charging dock doesn't charge consistently. The PS4 does sit snug, but that is literally the only thing this does right.

Worked well at first. It did cool my ps4 for a few months before it started getting very noisy. If I push the on/off button several times, sometimes it works. Fitting the controller onto the charging station can be difficult, but it charges well. Bottom line is that because of the noise, which is very loud, I do not recommend this cooling system.

Nice stand for the price. With the games in the stand it's a little too wide overall for my self, but not much you can do about that.
