They are very stretchy but secure and the rubberized palm and fingers is excellent for working with wet soil or even clearing weeds that have thorns. The measurements for glove size is exact. I highly recommend you use it to buy the best-fitting size. If I need to someday, I would not hesitate to repurchase. Definitely recommend!! Update: I’ve been using these for months now for gardening, yard work, etc and these are still standing up very well and they haven’t stretched out of shape at all. My husband tried my gloves on and while they were a little tight for him, he said he wanted a couple pairs too. Can’t beat the price. Still love ‘em. :)
