They are very small. About 1 1/2 inches. Very disappointed. But Dog loves them anyway so just give two at a time.

Milk Bone website answers this question in its FAQ: 1) The J.M. Smucker Co. acquired the Milk-Bone® brand in March 2015 from Big Heart Pet Brands. Milk-Bone® dog biscuits and most dog treats are produced at facilities in the U.S. But they source a limited amount of ingredients, like nutrition supplements or preservatives, from other countries. Unfortunately their GnawBones® dog Chews are manufactured in China from globally sourced ingredients.

how many in a 10# box?

I counted and weighed a brand new 10 pound box of LARGE milk bones today. There was EXACTLY 10 pounds. There were 118 whole bones and a few pieces that added up to close to 122 1/2 bones. That's about 12 per pound. I'm too lazy to count the medium ones, but they weigh .38 ounces each, so mathematics tell me there's 420 in a 10 pound box. Your turn!
