Not bad, but the intensity adjustment doesn't work well.

The squeaking is really unbearable and ruins the entire workout, not sure how to fix this!

if ur the indoor type of person and still want to walk, this is for you. its like going up the stairs of the fire exit.

لكن بما اني سيده فوق السبعين سنه كان صعب علي ادوس حاول فيه ابني و السائق ان يجعلوا السير عليه لي اسهل . في النهايه اعطيته ابني . السير ممتاز لكنه لا يصلح لي . شكرا جزيلا لكم 🌹

ドッシリとしたパイプの土台が重厚で壊れなさそうな作りです。 色もピンクで可愛い。角度を着けずに一番軽い負荷でやってますがかなりキツイです。 体重の軽い人なら更にかもしれない。 ふくらはぎに筋肉が着いた実感はあるけど、やり過ぎると膝が痛くなるので、歯磨きしながら朝晩３分程度の使用です。 体重が軽い女性、膝が悪い人には向かないです。 外国製だからか、負荷がキツイです。 冬はオイルが固いせいか本当に重い！ 夏、冬の使用感に差を感じます。

Great machine. Very quiet which was a concern for me, not silent but no louder than any other appliances in my apartment. Great for quick workouts, or something more intense than the treadmill. Would definitely recommend it for someone just getting more serious about fitness as its freat for watching tv, and a good burn in a short amount of time. Not sure how effective it is for someone with a higher fitness level however

毎日、健康の為に使っています。抵抗バンドで腕も鍛えられますし、ステッパーの高さを変えて負荷も調節できます。天候関係なく身体が鍛えられるので大満足です。（ちなみに一軒家ですので音や振動について、私は許容範囲です）

Non pensavo che uno stepper potesse diventare il mio compagno di fitness preferito, e invece questo modello mi ha stupito! Compatto, silenzioso e super comodo da usare, è perfetto sia per brevi sessioni energizzanti che per allenamenti più lunghi. Il movimento è fluido e naturale, senza affaticare troppo le articolazioni, e la qualità costruttiva si percepisce fin dal primo utilizzo. La vera ciliegina sulla torta? L’App dedicata! Intuitiva e ricca di funzioni, mi permette di monitorare in tempo reale calorie, tempo, passi e progressi che rendono ogni allenamento motivante. Mi sento seguito come in palestra, ma comodamente a casa mia. In poche parole: pratico, efficace e motivante. Non potrei essere più soddisfatto del mio acquisto!
