The brand has awesome quality products, but I can't find them in local stores anymore so I'm happy to be able to get them on desertcart. I have used it for beating egg whites for meringue, egg cloud or PSMF bread; it highly increases the rise, stiffness and texture; the mix doesn't fall as much once baked. I have also used it successfully for beating gelatin for marshmallows. A little goes a long way, the jar lasts me a long time.

A: Hi  I don't know, it does not specifically state that on the bottle but you could check directly with Frontier Co-op They are located in Norway, IA. USA. It is made from sediments left over from wine making and grapes.
