I love this therapy pack! I was really excited when I ordered the pack and it literally came to my house in one day! I have been using this for my shoulder pain and it's definetly helping. It's so much easier and safer to just microwave the clay bead pack vs a regular heating pad that is plugged in. The clay beads are awesome because they retain their heat for a long time. I also like that the cover is soft and plush. The bonus pack is cool too I didn't even realize I was getting it!! I purchased this pack for myself and another size for my mom. The instructions included are very clear. The packaging is also nice cute logo! Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will use it over and over!

This was a little longer in length than I expected and the hot/cold pack is difficult to slip in.

The exterior materials seem well made, but the dang thing barely gets cold. It's useless for cold treatment. I am going to order some other brand cold packs and try those because these don't work.

I love this product. I primarily purchased it to keep me cool in warmer temperatures. The only thing I would change is the outer cover. In stead of using polyesterpolyester, I'd prefer cotton or a cotton blend. Otherwise its gold.

My husband and my sister both use this pretty often. They like to put it on their lower back when sitting in a chair. My husband likes to warm it in the microwave and use it on his back.... he says it helps

This is really nice! Outside covering is soft and it conforms to you. You get a steamy heat which feels great on the neck and shoulders.It's also nice and long. I had neck surgery and this wraps the neck and gets relief to the chin and jawline too. Highly recommend
