I want to go into too many of the yucky details, but I've had issues with histamine intolerance causing unpleasant symptoms when I go to the bathroom. Little did I know, many foods have histamine in them, and they cause the body to have a reaction to them if you don't make enough DAO enzyme to break them down. Well one night I took some diphenhydramine to help me sleep, and the next day my symptoms were gone. Diphenhydramine causes drowsiness, so I wanted to see if something that does not cause drowsiness would give me some relief. I ordered these, and they have really helped my symptoms as well. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, although the instructions say to take one per day. That's a total of 20 mg. In my opinion, for histamine intolerance a single pill is just not enough. So far it has been working fine with no side effects. The pill is small and tasteless and is very easy to swallow. And the best price for the quantity that I found. Great purchase!
