Most dye based inks from any brand are fugitive. This does not mean that dye based inks are not good. They are usually durable enough to not fade over night, and if you are using them in a letter or a journal where they are not constantly exposed to light they should last a long time. If you want a light fast ink you typically have to get a "pigment" ink or a "carbon" ink.
