Apple iPhone 12 Mini, 64GB, Blue - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

Wow !!!! This iPhone 12 mini is BRAND NEW BASICALLY 🤯🥰😲 how ? I don’t understand yes I know I payed extra for “renewed premium” but still it’s like too nice it’s got a 94 % battery and it’s got like zero scratches I’d say one spot in the back maybe two ! This is gorgeous here’s a couple pictures I’m so happy the company is joygoods out of New York City I’m so happy with this phone I could shout from the rooftops !!!

Received my new iPhone 12 mini, it looked brand new, hard to believe it was used. Checked battery life and it was 100% capacity. Have been using it for 4 days and it has functioned flawlessly no connectivity problems and no phone heat issues. Extremely happy with my purchase, thanks Amazon 👍👍👍👍👍

Amazon refurbished used to mean something. Here is the saga I went through which involved returning FOUR phones: Phone 1: battery health was EOL, immediately returned. Phone 2: battery health was *also* EOL, immediately returned. Phone 3: battery health was 91%. Not great, but it worked. Then, one day after getting it, the camera went all wonky. It wasn't able to maintain a steady image and when the camera app was open, the phone would make a very disconcerting electrical crackling sound. Returned. Phone 4: battery health was 93%. When making phone calls via speakerphone, the microphone stopped working. Went to an Apple store and they identified a hardware issue that would have cost $300 to fix. By the fourth phone, I was done and got a refund. I also noticed that the price for the iPhone 12 Mini refurbished went *up* by almost $50 compared to when I initially ordered a new phone in early November. How does that make any sense??? After going through FOUR unacceptable phones, I ordered a genuine refurbished unit from the Apple store, which came with 100% battery health and is completely functional, all for only $40 more than this one. Seriously, do not buy from this company. The phones are *clearly* not refurbished. I doubt anyone inspects them. They are just slapped in a box and passed off onto unsuspecting customers.

So far I’m very happy with this phone! I’ve had for a week now. It came unlocked, 94% battery life, minimum wear, a few little scratches, but overall looks brand new! Everything on my old phone (android) swapped over smoothly and my carrier activated it no problem! Only a 4 star for now because it gets pretty warm when charging. And I haven’t had time to play with the camera. But overall very happy my purchase! It did include a charging block, chord, and SIM card tool.

This phone came on the expected day and in good shape. I’ve used it three days now and it’s everything it should be. Can’t find any flaws whatsoever. Battery is good.

Good shape but I thought by getting the “premium renewal” the battery would be better than 80% max charge. “Premium” is a waste of money. Just get the good/great

El equipo llego tal como en la descripcion con su empaque, cargador, cable de carga y equipo movil. Su capacidad de carga esta al 100% y no tiene rayones de ningun tipo. Realmente da la experiencia como si lo hubiera comprado nuevo a una tercera parte de su precio de lanzamiento cuando se lanzo esta generacion. Ademas la sensacion que solo lo regresaron por el color, que en lo personal, azul rey no me gusta mucho pero le compre un case de Otterbox Defender y listo. Soy un usuario relativamente moderado -> pesado. Y la pila me dura hasta el final del dia al 20% restante. No juego mucho pero si veo series y reproduzco continuamente musica. Ademas al ser una pantalla de 5.4 pulgadas, aumenta la cantidad de ppp y hace que la OLED se vea increible. Es la 1ra vez que ocupo un iPhone y la experiencia es muy agradable.

Hemos comprado varias veces productos de Amazon renewed y siempre han estado en perfectas condiciones. Volveré a comprar, sobretodo los iPhone vienen como nuevos y a un costo accesible.

Anteriormente tenia el Iphone SE de primera generación y me gusta por el tamaño pequeño y ya debía renovarlo asi que en cuanto vi este en una muy buena oferta, no dude en pedirlo y vaya que fue la mejor decisión. Llego en buen estado, justo a tiempo y sin ningun detalle estetico, bateria al 100% y todo funciona perfectamente.

El equipo funciona muy bien, sin embargo si hay situaciones que cuidar. 1 el cable que se envío con el telefono no fue el correcto, se envió Lightning USB-A y este modelo usa Lightning USB-C, si lo cargas con el cargador normal, tarda mucho y se calienta, hay que usar el cable correcto con el cargador adecuado. También tenia un pequeño golpe en la pantalla, se siente con la uña y por supuesto que se ve.

El proveedor no contesta una pregunta tan sencilla, Quiero saber si pueden realizarme una factura, pero al parecer no pueden contestar ni siquiera un 'no'. Así que, si tu producto llega bien, suerte, pero si no, lástima porque servicio al cliente y el proveedor no responden. En si el equipo parece nuevo visualmente. A mí me llegó con una batería del 100%, yo lo compre por mil pesos y unos centavos menos. Al parecer el único problema con mi equipo es que la bocina superior se oía un poco bajo, lo solucione configurándolo en accesibilidad, si tenía algún desperfecto y por eso se reacondicionó, pues, no se nota para nada. Fuera de eso está super lindo, como pasé de un IPhone 7 a este, el cambio es radical, tanto que me quedé mirándolo como por diez minutos. En general arriesgas un poco al comprar reacondicionados si están muy por debajo del precio de otros reacondicionados, lo digo por experiencia, porque compré un iPhone SE 2020 hace poco, los reacondicionados en general estaban en 4500 y por comprarlo en menos de 4000 me llegó con la pantalla super rayada y mejor lo regresé.
