I find Garafalo organic pasta is the best dried pasta one can buy

This pasta is as good as home made. The taste, texture and the way it holds the sauce, it as good as home made. I will buy this brand from now on. It's better than any on the shelf grocery store product. The cost is slightly more, but occasionally it's ok.

delicious pasta in itself, not dependent on too much salt or sauce for flavor. the only brand of pasta I buy now, worth the extra money. the different shapes go on sale and that's when I buy. check the quantities in their entire catalog - sometimes a 2-pack is cheaper per unit than a 4-pack. this pappardelle is especially nice in a vegetable dish with mushrooms, asparagus, onions, peppers. highly recommended.

I could not find pappardelle locally and was thrilled to see it on Amazon. Received it the next day, just in time to serve with homemade bolognese sauce. Not one piece was broken! A quick 8 minute cook time produced the perfect pasta - nice tooth, delicious taste and beautiful presentation. So happy that it came as a 2 pack and it will be a staple in the pantry.

These are a super alternative to wide egg noodles. Good for anyone but great of anyone on a plant based diet. Perfect in any recipe.
