All you need to do is use your fingers and twist it together. I ordered this hair for my mom and installed it for her yesterday and she loves it. She braided the hair before she went to bed and just took them down and the pattern was still there. While installing i did not experience any shedding from the bundles and three bundles was enough to do her hair with very little leave out. The hair was really soft and all the bundles where the same size nice and thick. With only two bundles the hair looks thick and full so the thirs bundle is a plus if u like yours super full. Overall the hair is good. The hair remains soft after shampooing, it takes heat well, however the shedding and tangling is a no go for me! it was good while it lasted. :(I love this hair sooo much the texture is amazing, slight shedding only during the co wash, otherwise No shedding! Overall great quality for the price... The only CON is that the natural curl it has leaves after co wash, the upside to that is that it takes heat well so I curled it and it was everything I imagined it to be:) I will give an update after 1 month.
