What an overall great value for memory foam twin mattress. Mattress was very thick and very soft. Instructions were simple to use and wasted no time at all to get the mattress from its vacuum-sealed arrival to its plushy 5 inch self. My son loves it. It’s so comfy and soft and he told me it felt like a hug which just adds to him not being able to roll off the bed so safety is there. The height and size were perfect match for the twin bed-frame that I bought him. Overall, a really great deal and a really good mattress.

I am very happy with this mattress! It expanded quickly after opening and had very little odor. The price is totally unbeatable and I thought well, I'll just go for it. Here's my full breakdown and opinion on anything you could worry about for a mattress: THE COMFORT LEVEL: 10/10 I may be 16 years old, but I have bad scoliosis that affects my whole body. So I still get knee pain, all that fun stuff. Before I had opened the box and set up this mattress, I had also gotten into a bad car accident that hurt my lower back even more to the point I couldn't walk. At this point in my life, comfort is my holy grail. As a growing teenager, I needed to count on something that I could also sleep on for 12 hours and wake up feeling like I could take on the world! And this my friends, THIS is it! The comfort is amazing. My back doesn't hurt at all when sleeping on it to this day, even compared to my previous expensive serta mattress. I know a lot of people worry about it sinking over time. I weigh 105lbs but there are absolutely no signs of sinking no matter how long I lay on this bed. Also, it isn't super squishy. The perfect amount of plush with a hint of firm so you aren't sinking to the pits of memory foam. THE SIZE: 10/10 When I cracked this baby open, it immediately popped up. I didn't even wait the full 24 hours before laying on it because it immediately grew to it size! I even measured the corners! HECK YEA! CLEANING IT: 9/10 Don't know what the fake zipper is about on this mattress, but this baby is so easy to clean. MY SISTER POURED CRANBERRY JUICE ALL OVER MY MATTRESS! And as I was cursing her out and shaking my fists to the heavens asking "Why me!", sad that my brand new mattress could potentially be soiled forever, it was all okay after I grabbed some odoban!! I cleaned that sucker to the gods and now there is not a single stain!! Make sure you dab people and HARD! You can even rub it, it'll come out. And then I did what a smart human would do, put a mattress cover on. THINGS THAT BOTHERED ME: 1. I don't know if it is just me but....PREPARE FOR THE SMELL! It doesn't smell like green tea nooooo definitely not sis. This smells exotic. Not my favorite smell it was definitely a strange smell that I can't even identify. BUT THAT SMELT WEIRD! And I'll be honest...it took 3 weeks for me to not smell it. It was such a strong smell that I just made my bed and didn't sleep on it for a while. It made my sheets smell too at one point. Then I got used to the smell and just decided to kick it in my bed because I was tired of sleeping on the couch as soon as the smell died down. But by the next month, I no longer smelt it. I'll list below how I managed to get rid of the smell. BUT! If you are patient like me and are willing to pull through because it is a TOTAL pain in the butt to send a mattress back, then don't fret! It does go away and you will love the mattress after! Its been 3 months that I've had it and I've had multiple people do a smell test, the smell has vanished. I still think the mattress is worth it! HOW TO REMOVE THE SMELL: -Don't use too much febreeze. It'll be a temporary assistant, but honey it isn't worth it to drench the bed in more chemicals making the bed come up with more of a foreign smell. -I put scent soaking rocks in my room. You can buy these at home depot, they take away any weird scents. You can also purchase a air cleansing machine, NOT a dehumidifier. I don't know exactly what these things are called but my boss has one and they work great. You can get these for cheap at walmart. -Air fresheners for the car. A canned air freshener will definitely get rid of the smell but they are very strong. I just got some plain smelling glade air fresheners and put them under my mattress. This made my mattress smell like fresh linen by the second day. -Wait that sucker out! It's not too bad! 2. The heat, at first My mom just looooooooves to keep our house at 69 degrees making me a living ice cube. Therefore, I keep my vents closed. But, this bed will get you pretty hot sometimes. It could just be because of my comforter, but I never sweat and sometimes I will wake up sweating on this bed. This isn't an extremely justifiable complaint because it could be any other factor, but rest assured my vents are open fully because I do not want to smell like sweat! OVERALL.....This is a definite cop, not drop! Go ahead and buy this bed. If you are extremely picky, this bed is great to have in a guest room or maybe if you own airbnb's. They're cheap and comfortable and great as long as it air's out. I love my bed so much to a point that I don't wake up for days now!

This bed is comfortable but beware- its hard as a rock when on a proper boxspring. I really suffered with headache/neck issues for 2 weeks after sleeping on it due to a terrible flat pillow combined with this mattress. I then bought a specialty support pillow, mattress pads (2) and I was fine. So just please be aware, this is a VERY firm mattress. It might not work with your old pillows, so make sure you have a pillow/padding that is adequate so you do not suffer like I did. Otherwise, the mattress is very well made and a quality bed. It was much firmer than I anticipated.

I've had this mattress for about a week now. I keep reading conflicting reviews which make me think the company changed the mattress at some point. Even the title says new version so that could be why so many different experiences. I'll start off by saying I'm a 36 year old female I typically sleep on my sides or back. I usually sweat a lot. I'm about 150lbs my son is 8. Back story I just moved and my old memory foam mattress was over 10 years old and was really needing to be replaced. My Chihuahua recently died from a cancerous tumor on her foot and it was bleeding and leaking all over my old mattress. My young son and our opossum also share the bed with me and my son gets nose bleeds quite often. A gallon of milk got dumped on it at one point, peed on, moved a few times once in the rain so it had really been abused but it was still the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on even after 10 years. I even sprayed it down with bleach a few times because of what I just said and even vinegar, rubbing alcohol, peroxide, you name it and it held up great. Only problem was i had no idea what brand it was only that it was memory foam so unfortunately I had no way of ordering the same bed as my old one. This mattress: Smell So i just moved to a new area far away from where I used to live and figured I'd buy a new mattress and just put the mattress directly on the floor so I didn't have to move my whole bed etc. lots of the reviews people complain about a strong smell. I didn't notice any type of smell whatsoever even putting my face in it and taking a big whiff straight out the box. The mattress inflated immediately and although I didn't measure it, I slept on it about 4 hours after I unboxed it. It's now been a week and feels and looks exactly like it did 5 minutes after taking it out of the box. Firmness: Lots of reviews say how firm and hard the mattress is. Mine was listed as medium firmness and although I prefer a firmer mattress I went ahead and ordered it because most of the reviews say it's firmer than expected. I would say it's medium to soft. It definitely sinks in more than my old one did. I sit in bed alot with my back up against the headboard/ wall and I can tell my butt is sunken in way more than my old mattress and my butt is obviously lower than my feet when sitting up in bed. It is comfortable to sleep on but it does take a second to plump back up after I get up or change positions. Cover It says the mattress comes with a removable cover and reviews say it has a zipper. I could tell the bottom side from the top because it looks different and different material. I haven't messed with the zipper but one review said it's a fake zipper. Not sure about mine. The mattress came with the cover already on it and I haven't tried to remove it yet. My roommates son peed on it this evening and now I am wondering and hoping the cover is waterproof. By the look and feel of it I'm guessing it isn't. I will be updating my review as time goes by and say how easy it is to remove, how it holds up in the wash and how easy it is to get back on as well as what the actual mattress looks like without the cover but for now I just blotted up the pee with a clean towel and sprayed it with disinfectant and blotted again. Fingers crossed. I've also read conflicting reviews about weather or not you can flip the mattress and sleep on either side. Some say you can't some say you can. Im guessing if the cover is removed and the mattress is flipped and the cover is put back on zipper still underneath it might work but the position of the zipper wouldn't be comfortable to sleep on as it's not along the edge of the mattress but again I'll update my review when I cross that bridge. The description does show the different layers that make up the mattress so I could understand why some reviews say you can't flip it. Temperature The description says cooling and Its hard to tell because i now live in a new place further south and I have a roommate that keeps this place warmer than what I'm used to. Because of that, I now sleep with a fan although I didn't used to but so far I haven't woken up sweating yet. Size This is supposed to be a 12 in. King mattress and although I didn't measure it, my sheets do fit the same way they did before... Pretty damn tight. I think next time I buy sheets I'm gonna get the extra deep kind because it is fairly difficult to get the sheets on. I may even get a foam topper just as an extra layer of protection too since I was so hard on my old mattress and this one already got peed on and my current sheets definitely won't fit if I add a topper. That will be easier to replace when it gets yucky and I'm also ordering a waterproof cover Incase this one isn't ( I'm fairly certain it isn't or the description would have said so.) Update: It's now been almost a year the mattress is completely dipped in in the center it's the most uncomfortable soft mattress I've ever slept on I really wish I would have gotten the protection plan because I spent $400 on it and the bed sucks I'm now looking for a firm mattress this bed is horrible and it didn't even last a year I never had back pain until a couple months after sleeping on it now my back and all my joints hurt I'm very upset

I bought this mattress a few years ago and it has always been SO COMFY. My puppy, cats and kids have done their share of damage. Best if you use a waterproof mattress protector. I ordered the same mattress again this year and am very happy with the quality. Shipped very quickly. Comes compressed in a reasonably moveable tall box and inflates over a couple days but I was able to start using it after 1 day. Would definitely buy again.

Best mattress since childhood sleep! I grew up on a firm, cheap mattress and slept like a log anywhere I slept until I turned 30-something. I mostly had real mattresses and then foam mattresses got popular and I tried them all. Now, every part of my neck & back hurts no matter what I do. I had the original Casper - way too soft, so I then got a highly-rated Helix - way too soft again. I've tried cheap toppers, tempurpedic toppers that cost a lot and nothing makes it better. I've invested in 7 different pillow styles. I'm currently loving a down one from Quince. The soft mattresses caused me to have to sit upright to turn over at night - and I'm a turner! So, all night long, I'm popping upright to turn over and over. It's exhausting and something that happens when the mattress is too soft. But every time I visit my Mom I sleep on this cheap mattress that she bought to replace my old childhood bed and she says they got on Amazon and it's the best thing I've ever experienced. I tried to figure out which one it is and I couldn't. It's insane to think a cheap but highly-rated mattress from Amazon is going to solve my pain, but I was out of ideas. This is the highest rated one, so I went for it. I ordered this on a lark in Dec. The guys came and took away that nearly-new Helix and gave me this foam thing. They unboxed it for me and I waited for it to open up. This thing is incredible! It has actual firmness & edge support. I can sleep like a baby on it anywhere - even when my dog pushes me to the final inch of the edge. I love settling into it at night and I love taking short naps on it. I still have to turn frequently, but now I can do it laying down and not having to wake myself up. This is the best cheapest mattress ever! If your back hurts, this is it!

I bought this one year ago, in February. I opened it up to use it a month or two later when I moved into my new apartment. Let me just say: amazing. This was my first time buying a mattress for myself and I was so worried I’d pick the wrong one. I did lots of research and I found this one and I’m not going back! I will say, order it closer to when you need it, I kept it in the box for a month or two and then I opened it, there were instructions to open it with a few days (oops). But it did just fine and expanded to its full size with no issues. It was extremely easy to set up. If I remember right, you can sleep on it a few hours after you open it and it will still be expanding. It didn’t take a long long time to inflate. Sheets fit just fine on it, I’ve had no issues with that. It’s very very comfortable. Amazing for the price, I will be buying another for my guest room. I took these photos when I first set it up, almost a year ago. There’s no wear or tear now. I’m still very happy with my purchase. When my husband (then boyfriend) moved in with me, he’s had no complaints. We do not roll in the middle and stay put where we are so I really like that. It’s easy to get out in and out of. I really like the memory foam, it’s very comfortable but doesn’t feel like I’m sinking.
