Looks good but the inner plastic ring is there only one one side, the other side is bare.

Long Wait, but Product Arrived Defective
I received the Watson weight plates, but two plates have a manufacturing defect. The center hole has a ring on only one side, and the other side is missing it. Because of this, the rubber around the hole comes off when inserting the dumbbell rod. Also, I ordered these on 22 July but received them only on 4 August. After such a long wait, receiving defective plates is very disappointing.
