Schmidt's Aluminum Free Natural Deodorant for Women and Men, Sandalwood and Citrus with 24 Hour Odor Protection, Certified Natural, Vegan, Cruelty Free, 2.65 oz

Of several "natural" deodorants I have tried this is the first that really works. Even the 48-hour protection claim seems to be true as I've forgotten an application a few times and didn't seem to stink. That's dramatically different from others that I applied twice a day and still felt marginal. I have used Sandalwood & Citrus and Fresh Rain & Birch and I like both, and they seem equally effective. Neither has caused red or peeling skin as some other brands have, including "natural" ones. (Scare quotes because frankly I don't know how much that means or matters, but fewer novel compounds on my skin every day seems wise.) At first I noticed that it doesn't glide like some do but I think that's because it is not mostly filler. It's still easy to apply, in fact easy to over-apply, so I extend the soft stick only a little at a time. I have noticed that it leaves a white residue on my shirts but no actual staining. I am happy to accept that.

My husband enjoys this deordant .. keeps him dry, without skin irritation and no stains in his clothes. It would be nice it was in a larger size. He runs out quickly!!! I had to order 2 this time..

It WORKS!! I have to use certain deodorant. I really only know of 2 other brands that actually work like this. I love that this works, the smell is strong and long lasting. I would prefer a softer scent for a women, this is a little on the masculine side. I'll be buying from this company again! Very pleased

This deodorant is AMAZING! My husband has super sensitive skin and we have tried various brands and types from soft to sensitive skin but this brand is the one! It smells great and so natural. My husband's skin has not had irritation or any rash since using this product so we are so happy! Its just like any other stick, application is easy and masks the BO smell perfectly. If you have sensitive skin or if you just are looking for something that is more natural, than try this one out!

This wasn't for me. The fragrant wasn't an issue. For a few weeks, it felt like I was rubbing sandpaper over my arm pits. I thought that it would get better, but it didn't. It also would leave clumps of deodorant that stuck in my hair. To be fair, I didn't feel like there was arm pit body odor over the period of time that I used it. Closer to the end of the stick, it just fell right out of the holder, and I couldn't get it back on to the holder. Adjustments to the roll to expose more of the deodorant still did not alleviate the feeling of sandpaper when using. I would say that it was effective in providing coverage and alleviating body odor, but the consistency wasn't pleasant.
