This is an amazing solution that works like magic! We don't fry our food very often, but when we do, we are always left with left over nasty oil. We have animals so we don't wont to pour it outside and most definitely not the kitchen sink! I have poured the old oil in bottles but it would just get everywhere. My husband bought FryAway and I laughed when I saw him with it. I told him that would never work. Well, I was soooo wrong! The FryAway is 100% the real deal and they are right, it will get ride of that frying oil! The oil gets like a jelly texture that you can put in your trash bag and not worry about it getting everywhere, leaking out the bag, and so on. It is safe, and leaves no residue! I love FryAway, it makes disposing my cooking oil so easy! No more ruining someone else's grass lol, no more extra bagging or oil in the bottom of the trash can. Plus is so satisfying even the children like poking at it and feeling how solid it is

UPDATE: the first two times I use this product on bacon grease. The third time I tried it with vegetable oil. It worked great with the vegetable oil. So to be fair, the product does say oil not grease. Per the instructions it says EASY COOKING OIL DISPOSAL- 3 STEPS: (1) Add FryAway oil solidifier powder to hot cooking oil (170°F+) and stir until dissolved. (2) Let cool- the liquid oil transforms into a solid block. (3) Toss it in the trash. I had to scrape and dig to get the solid out of the frying pan. They make it sound like you just toss it in the trash.

Worked as advertised! Saw this product demo'd on ATK. Wish this was around years ago. Just one spoonful took care of all the oil in large skillet.

Good stuff. It was easy to use . There was no odor. It was worth the money . Will recommend it for others to use to.

I was pleasantly surprised! It absolutely takes the hassle out of spent oil disposal. It chemically renders oil into an easily disposable solid that can be dropped into a waste can (unwrapped). I whole heartedly recommend it!

Can't recommend this enough. Getting rid of used cooking oil has always been such a faff, and this makes it completely hassle-free. Just add the powder to your hot oil and it solidifies as it cools — once it's cool it's solid and you can just chuck it in the bin. Brilliant. The only slightly tricky bit is estimating how much powder to use if you're not sure how much oil you have, but guestimating works fine and I just add a little extra to be safe. If it comes out mushy and hasn't fully solidified, you've not added enough — just gently reheat the oil, add a bit more powder and let it cool again. Simple fix. A genuinely great product that I won't be without.

This stuff is brilliant. It’s a must for anyone who uses cooking oil and especially if you have a deep fat fryer. It does exactly as stated. I’m hooked. Will buy this again when mine runs low. It is quite expensive, but I can safely put my unwanted oil in the bin. I usually use a flour mix to get rid of a small surplus of oil. But you can’t do that with large batches. So it’s a very quick fix. Problem solved. What a clever idea.
