Nice for trying something new
My intention was to try some new seasonings. I had a meal in a restaurant that I really liked that had been described in the menu as being a Thai recipe but I wasn't finding the same flavors on my own.This helped so well that I happened to have made a chicken dinner with the pepper flakes last night for about the fourth time.

Glad I got the sample kit!
I love the hot pepper flakes and gochujang, but I really bought this to try the doenjang since the texture looked a bit weird in the full size Koko packages. I tried it a few times was not a fan of the texture or the taste - meaning I'll be on the lookout for a different certified gluten-free doenjang for everyday use.
