How the Wind Blew: Operation Pawan

Need of the hour
Indians must ask searching questions of the past operations. There is a need to reconnect with the past if we are to avoid debacles. The book exemplifies a valuable addition to jog the lethargy of inaction.More maps would have done the trick .SL /OP PAWAN it appears is back in focus ...with a vengeance as there seem to be a flurry of interest in these accounts .The botched opertaion and valour of the men is well brought out in this account .How the wind blew is apt title

Every adult should read this book
Received my copy today. Couldn't wait to leaf through. Awesome narration. Gen Arjun Muthanna's *LTTE AS A FOE* is the icing on the cake. Gagandeep's and Mrs Geetha Muthana's narraration is piognant touches the core of heart. It also amply shows how we care for members of our fraternity. This entire book is made for not only a binge reading but also for reading over and over again. Can not be put down without going through from cover to cover. Should be read by all. Congratulations and warm greetings on your wonderful work Arjun. Here is wishing for more to follow....- Maj Bhargava (Veteran)

Good book, must read.
A good account of details of IKPF, by various defence Officers involved directly in the operations.

Gripping Tales of War
A gripping and mesmerising saga of bravery and valour. Counter Insurgency operations against one of the toughest of the adversaries. Some of the narrations are so real and at your face that it makes you flutter in fear and anticipation. The book gives us untold stories about the unsung heroes of the country and is a must read.
