I'll stick with Mueller Home: Excellent ethics and customer service, plus a great toaster!
My family of four adults (18, 25, 81, and 83 years) loves this toaster and everyone uses it daily....it has been ideal for toast, bagels, English muffins, and reheating our home-made pancakes, French toast, and waffles. The large slots handle everything perfectly! Nothing ever gets jammed and the shiny silver cleans easily. We hung on to our older expensive toaster too long, and it gave us fits! We all appreciated this inexpensive, easy to use Mueller toaster immediately. There are four white circles on the front to touch frozen, warming/reheating, light/dark, and pop-up options, and we use them all frequently. After a little more than a year, the circles began to wear away between the constant use, and possibly the frequent cleaning. So, I wrote to Mueller customer service asking if they had little stick-on decals I could attach as replacements for the functions, wondering if I'd even get an answer. I was willing to buy a new toaster if we couldn't patch this one up, having given it so much use! The very next day, I received a wonderful note from Customer Support Team Rep Marc Green offering, instead, to replace the toaster! He was so kind about our satisfaction with their product. He said a new one would arrive in about five days if I sent our address. Instead, it arrived in TWO days! I love supporting companies with great ethics and customer satisfaction goals, and a fine product to match. I'll stick with this company for sure!

Wonderful, slimmer design helps not to take up so much space on countertops. Several features we have not yet tried but so far very happy with this purchase and worth the money . The quality and stability of the toaster see, toasting came out even, working with the settings will take time, but no burning.

Stylish, Fast, and Easy to Use
I’m very happy with this toaster. It has a sleek stainless steel design that looks great on my kitchen counter, and it toasts bread evenly every time. The extra-wide slots are perfect for different types of bread, bagels, and thicker slices. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and the crumb tray makes cleanup simple. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and works exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend it.

NiceToaster. Lots of Functions. Overall, Recommend!
Works fine. Even though it's Stainless Steel, it's quite light, which I guess most would be happy. However, the overall body of this toaster feels, well, "tinny," if you will. Stainless Steel is the description so you might expect it to have "some weight" but again, this is probably the lightest weight toaster I've EVER had lol. Now, for how it performs. I have it about five weeks I believe. I wanted to give it some time before reviewing. Like most toasters nowadays - they are all finicky in my humble opinion. I'm 66 and I'm old enough to have experienced the "old school" no nonsense, but last FOREVER toaster(s) of the past. I will sound cliche, but they honestly do NOT make them like they used to! Period. Whether very expensive, moderate, mid range or lower priced, they "basically" perform similarly. Of course the higher end toasters do perform "slightly better," but again, in my humble opinion - not much. I know Mueller is German based and "usually" most German brands, Mueller being one, are good. Now that my husband and I have figured out all the nuances about this Mueller model, I'd say it's a pretty solid 7-8 out of 10... so far. I honestly cannot speak on longevity as I don't own it long enough. As mentioned earlier, to me, toasters, like many appliances, small or large, just don't last or perform as well as their "boomer" and earlier counterparts. To be very fair and transparent, there are great appliances out there. But one must be very wise and choosy and do their homework to get the best possible choice of whatever they are seeking. Especially higher priced appliances. This is just a toaster. I use it everyday. But while I wouldn't want to replace it monthly, it wouldn't break my bank if I REALLY had to replace it after say a year or two or so. But if course I'd hope for longer use as I'm very diligent about keeping my appliances in good shape and cleaning.Would I recommend this Mueller? Yes.If you toast alot at once. This will today four slices at once. Or two very long fresh slices of bread - i.e. like a freshly baked sourdough or something similar that has a longer length, you'll get even toasting for two slices - nice. You can toast TWO individual bagels as well. In addition, if you have frozen bread or frozen bagels (and you know how hard they can be and you'd rather not defrost in the microwave), you can "defrost" your frozen bagel(s) in this toaster - give about five minutes to at least cut in half - then set the defrost function. You can then either Toast your now defrosted bagel, or eat as is, warmed. There are several settings. It does take a little getting used to. However, once you get the knack, and know your settings, it does get easier. I assure you.Another thing to remember - this is a WIDER toaster. The height is fine and fits practically under ALL standard counters. It's just a couple of inches WIDER. The depth is about the same as most standard toasters. When I'm finished toasting, I usually let it cool then partly cover with a pretty "table setting mat." Keeps things tidier. And every few days or once a week I definitely turn my toaster (unplugged) upside down and give it a few gently firm taps to dislodge crumbs. Also remove the crumb tray and wipe that off and place that back in. Keeps things clean and clear and helps prevent possible little ants from getting nosy - I live in the South so every so often they pop up. But it's not fir long and they're gone. I gave four stars because I felt the toaster could be "weightier" and I don't have it that long. But I DO recommend it!

Large slot toaster
I just got the item today and I toasted two huge bagels that I get from the local deli. They toasted evenly. And it’s very easy to use. It’s also very pretty.

I like the concept but very average budget toaster with questionable reliability
I've owned this toaster now for 1 1/4 years... one side no longer works so I'm looking to replace it. I think overall it was a decent budget toaster while it lasted, but it's clearly not built to last - though we do use our toaster almost daily so we got good use of it. Now that I'm looking to replace I'm not considering it again... it does toast pretty well but we typically use setting 4 or 5 and there's a huge difference between these settings... 4 taking too long to toast and 5 too easy to burn... but when it does complete the toast just right it's good quality.Considering the finicky controls, one side broke just outside of warranty and it's general utility I rate it as quite average - though I do like being able to load extra-wide sourdough bread or two slices side by side in this toaster.

Great Toaster - Recommended
This is an awesome toaster. The defrost mode defrosted and toasted our bagels perfectly.

Do not buy if a UK customer. Cannot be used in UK.
Listing never stated this was a US product, with US plug and that it cannot be used in UK at all. Item was returned after much pain, to a seller who should never have sold it to me in the first place. Might be the best toaster in the world, no idea.

Perfect for Everything from Regular Bread to Artisan Loaves
★★★★★ 5 out of 5 starsI had been looking for a toaster with this design for quite a while, and after using it for over a year, I can honestly say it’s been an excellent purchase. What I like most is the flexibility of the extra-long slots. It works perfectly as a traditional four-slice toaster for regular bread, bagels, English muffins, and frozen waffles. But because the slots aren’t divided into smaller sections, it also accommodates the longer slices you often get with artisan and specialty breads. That was one of the main reasons I bought it.I had purchased a similar toaster from another brand a few years earlier, but it stopped working after a short time. This one has been completely reliable. After more than a year of regular use, it still works just as well as it did when I first bought it.The controls are easy to use, the browning is consistent, and the toaster has handled everything I’ve put in it without any issues. If you enjoy homemade or artisan breads that don’t fit in a standard toaster, this is definitely worth considering. For me, it has been a reliable, versatile toaster that I would happily purchase again.

Good value for money
Firstly, the item came on time as expected. The external looks high quality materials were used. The slots are long and wide enough to toast artisan breads. It is fairly easy to operate. The toasts came out good so far. I like how the side panels stays cool to touch even while heating. The top panels are hot and there is a visible warning on it as well. The depth of the slots are deep enough to toast bigger size breads without the top part sticking out.On the other hand, the first few uses releases a harsh chemical smell. The two legs at the bottom does not have a rubber stopper unlike the other two, I search the box it was not there. I don’t know if it is really that way or perhaps a slight mistake. And since the slots are deep and wide, for smaller breads you might need to use a thong to take it out.Overall, a good toaster for everyday use. The cons are not a deal breaker for me. It is still a good value for money.
