Tastes really bad.
Taste isn't expected much from protein powders but this particular one is not tolerable at all according to taste otherwise it may be a good supplement.

Not enough protein
If you want something to taste good and help balance your hormones then go for this. But the protein in this product is abysmally low which makes sense given the price. Go for Gytree or other brands if you are serious about your protein intake though. This is not it for me. Love the HERBALANCE from Oziva for hormone balance, that's better than this.
