It is different
The creatine molecule is the same as the cheaper stuff. I don’t know how they “buffer” it to make it a higher ph, maybe they cut it with baking soda haha.Regardless, I’m a heart patient who stays very active. Creatine gives me good energy without a caffeine buzz or crash. However, creatine also has a by-product in the body, creatinine. This also happens to be something released into the blood when heart failure is occurring.-Please not I am not a dietician or nutritionist, so my lingo may be off but the point should get across none the less.-When taking regular creatine, my creatinine levels increase asymptomatically, and if blood work is taken I’m rushed to the ER for no reason.With the krealkaline this is not the case. I have 4 bloodwork samples confirming normal creatinine level.This is anecdotal so I’m curious if the company has more data on this or if this is just coincidence.

Great for pre workouts..
I've always used creatine monohydrate and this one is by far better because it comes in a liquid formula and flavored..Kudos Amazon...

Seems to be helping.. I have only tried it for a couple weeks.
I think creatine in liquid form may be the way to go. I'm 70, and trying to remain active and fit is important to me. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder or turn back time, but rather maintain a good muscle structure, and I used another liquid creatine product until it became unavailable. This product seems to be working, but I have only used it a couple weeks now.. so more later. The lemon taste is good, the texture is slightly gritty.. I use it straight, not in any other liquids, so that may help. The best thing is it's easy to use, and I think better than powders or pills.. which I don't like. I will know more in a month or so.
