I weigh 225 lbs are these good for flat feet ?

YES. I am 185 lbs and I have "Adult Acquired FLAT FEET," and I love, Love, LOVE these shoes !!! Additionally: Due to my severe flat feet, I always wear custom orthotics inside all my shoes. I highly recommend that everyone else do the same to prevent the flat feet condition from getting worse. Not only are these shoes wonderful for the flat feet condition, but they are also wonderfully roomy enough to EASILY accommodate custom orthotics which are relatively bulking compared to factory inserts.

Are these shoes good for fat men? I currently weigh 380lbs…

I bought Adrenalins for support after a stress fracture on my 5th metatarsal, from walking in $60 shoes. Dr. also recommended a Powestep insert. Best walking shoes I've ever had!
