I recently bought my first air fryer and this book has already become extremely useful to me. The book covers that gap between your owners manual and the recipe booklet that comes with a new air fryer. It is not a cookbook in the traditional sense with a collection of recipes, but a cooking guide. It is designed to take the guesswork out of cooking items not included in your paperwork or preset panel. Setting the time & temperature for the most basic items on your air fryer (analog or digital) has never been easier. Let’s face it, not everything you want to cook has a preset. Anyway, the book is very simple and easy to use. Ingredients are arranged by food group and then listed alphabetically with dual temperatures (°F and °C), followed by cooking time. For items not listed, you will find formulas that are beneficial in helping you convert to air fryer time. Most useful will be taking the conventional cooking times of frozen foods and/or baked items and converting them to air fryer times (taquitos was my first test and it was spot on!). The book is well designed and constructed to endure daily use. The pages are laminated making them water proof & oil proof, and most recently tested by cat as marinara proof, making any cleanup from accidental spills easy. With its large magnet on the back you can stick it onto any magnetic surface or use the wire loop on top to hang it on a hook. Overall, this book is 5 stars and no kitchen should be without it!!! Whether young or old, a first time owner, a foodie, a home cook or a professional chef, all can benefit from this book. -Be inspired to create something different.

This is an handy little flip chart which will stick to the fridge with a sturdy magnet. It is a quick reference chart on how to prepare various foods in the air fryer. Well made and packed with lots of options. Worth buying.

This cheat sheet never disappoints. I don’t know what I would do without it. It helps with cooking and is worth the price as well.

Perfekt guide

There's nearly all the information you would ever need. The thing I needed was not there, which was how to heat a pizza, I have a Halo air fryer which can take a whole 10" pizza but most times the fryer burns the edges. The booklet is easily removed with the magnet and has decent sized writing. I have stuck mine onto the fridge door because it is closest to the fryer.

Product was as described. However, it was offered at Rupees 2562 INCLUSIVE OF TAXES but when I received the final bill it is for Rupees 2703, the difference being tax. This is deceptive selling practice.
