Works Very Well as Windows Hello Camera
My rating is based solely on using the product as a Windows Hello camera.I do not use it as web camera.I was a little hesitant to buy the camera based on some of the reviews indicating everything was all Japanese and the fact that I had never heard of the vendor that makes the cameraI figured it was worth the chance to buy it based on Amazon's return policy. When you open up the package, you will find a single double-sided page of instructions that are all in English (see attached PDF document). My PC is running Windows 10 x64 Creators Edition.I plugged the camera into the USB port and proceeded to go to the vendors web site to download the drivers. While I was navigating to the vendor's web site, Windows 10 detected the camera automatically and Windows 10 automatically installed the drivers.I proceeded to download the drivers from the vendor's site.Since Windows 10 automatically installed the drivers itself, I decided to try it with the drivers Windows 10 installed on its own.The camera worked flawlessly with the Windows drivers after telling Windows 10 to utilize the camera to log in.The Windows 10 registration process is very simple (see attached PDF document on side 2).Once I finished the registration, the camera has worked flawlessly and it recognizes my face in around 1 second.I have used it with both bright fluorescent light and with dim lighting and it worked equally well in both lighting situations. As I said at the beginning, I don't use the web camera so I can't make any judgments relative to the web camera.

Works well!
Nice to see a working, cheap Windows Hello-compatible camera out there. It's two cameras in one - there's an infrared camera for the 'Hello' stuff and a regular webcam. No mic, though.Quality of the camera is good. Not super high def or anything, but I don't need that - just regular quality works for me.The Hello functionality is cool - just wiggle the mouse to wake up the machine, it scans your face and logs you in! There are a few caveats:- You have to look straight at the camera for a second. It blinks lights while it's reading your face. if you don't look straight at the camera it may not recognize you- If your face is brightly backlit (like if you're standing in front of a window on a sunny day), it may not be able to recognize you. I had to close the shades on the window behind me on at least one occasion before it workedReally other than those two minor things, I'm very happy with this camera. My system: Windows 10 64-bit. I had to reboot the machine before Hello worked (I don't think it was a driver issue - maybe a 'Hello' quirk)? But once I did that I had no problems. Driver installed automatically - no CD or separate download needed.

Driver issues on W10 v1809
"Can't find camera"After re-downloading the driver the n-th time, I'm giving up. It works on Windows Hello a couple times, then I get the above error message.

Works fine! Requires TPM 1.2 or higher module in your computer to function. Check Device Manager under Security Devices section
Works as expected if you have the right hardware; you must have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) device version 1.2 or higher (2.0 is the latest of which I'm aware) plugged into or part of your motherboard. Most HP/Lenovo/Dell business PCs will have this built-in. Not all pre-assembled PCs you buy will have it. Most motherboards purchased separately will NOT have one, and the TPM must be purchased as well; usually < $30. Oh, and the MB must have a TPM header and typically the TPM module needs to be purchased from the MB maker since the plug is keyed differently for all MB manufacturers that I've investigated. Some are hard to purchase (ASRock) due to availability or you'll pay a premium. This camera won't work for Windows Hello without the TPM module since it's integral to securely storing and processing the image(s). Also, just remember to reboot Windows 10 once this camera is first plugged in and driver installs. It won't tell but it needs it and the the camera will be in the device list prior to reboot but Windows 10 will not enable the Windows Hello feature. Recognition was very fast. I first tried locking three times back to back and it unlocked in less than a second each time; surprised me how fast. So far so good. My windows is fully patched as of late April, so no issues with later patches breaking its functionality. Overall, pleased as to how it works.
