I love it. Its big and square so you have a lot of room, this makes things so much easier Not only does it heat up much faster but it also cools down much faster also, giving you total heat control. The nonstick surface seems to be of decent quality, no issues so far after using a few times. I like how it is textured so air can get underneath what you are cooking, this makes it even better at being nonstick. I love this thing, cooking and cleaning with it is so easy, and everytime i cook with it the food comes out cooked to perfection. Money well spent 10/10 value.

This skillet is spacious, heats evenly, and is very easy to clean. I’ve used it for several different meals and everything cooks perfectly. The deep design is great for larger portions, and the nonstick surface works very well. Excellent quality for the price!

This is an excellent, large capacity electric fry pan. It is very suitable for home use. The controls are easy to use, set up and cleanup are very easy and the clear lid fits snugly. It is nice looking and performs very well for sauteing, pan frying and it also works easily when frying things like fried chicken or fish and chips. I have not used it for braising meats, but I have no doubt at all that it would accomplish this task effortlessly. It has a non-stick surface, so DO NOT use metal utensils or metal cleaning pads on it!!! I have had mine for 4 years now and it shows no signs of wear or tear - just treat it gently, clean it with respect & love and it will last you a long time. It arrived on time and was carefully packed. The price was reasonable and the quality was very good. Highly recommended!

This little thing packs a BIG punch! Besides it looking nice, I love that it has ceramic coating. The pan is so slick, eggs just slide around in it (with a bit of butter, of course), and you can just wipe it right out. The temperature range is low enough to just keep things warm, up to scorching hot. I can't wait to try some of the recipes included in the manual.

Love this frying pan! It is easy to regulate the temp and the non-stick makes it easy to clean. With the lid on, it is like having an oven sitting on your cabinet.

We got a Sunbeam electric skillet decades ago as a wedding present. We used it for years, but then we didn’t. Moved on to microwaves and other kitchen gadgets. Then I read that electric skillets were back and they were event better than the originals. I found the Elite Gourmet on Amazon. The first cook was The Best Fried Rice, A NYT recipe I’ve made over and over again in a wok on the stovetop. It was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever made. The larger skillet surface made it easier to toss the rice with the other ingredients. I’ve never had the eggs that are scrambled into the rice turn out as well. This is going to be an essential additional to our cooking repertoire and open up new opportunities to make fast and easy meals. Highly recommended.

Wow this is a really nice size frying pan and size and well built. Also a nice surface inside and the pan and works so very nice. I replaced a 20 year old pan and this one is so much nicer. Absolutely Love It! Thank You!

Muy buen sartén

I've had this frying pan 2 months now and have to say it's the closest thing to the old Sunbeam we used as kids back in the 70's. It's got good weight, it heats pretty evenly, has great depth but unlike the Sunbeam it has a great non stick surface. I stopped using my stove 5 years ago between the toaster oven, air fryer, microwave and my electric frying pan I'm all set up. As a retiree the frying pan makes great large casseroles that I can divvy up in multiple containers to freeze. Just remember use oil or butter when cooking, do not put water in the pan while it is still hot - once cool you can add water a little soap and use a plastic scrubber to clean One year update - I'm 68 and this is the best electric frying pan I've owned, being single, I often make large meals to freeze and because of it's depth, this skillet works great for casseroles or chili and much easier than pulling out the Crockpot and so much simpler to clean.

Excelente producto, no me ha fallado ahora con estas semanas de uso. Cocina perfectamente. Antes había pedido una sarten Oster que resulto que no calentaba nada aun en máxima potencia. Este cocina mis verduras a tiempo. Recomendado.

EXCELLENT in every way. Solid, deep, non stick with a honeycomb design that not only is non-stick but actually helps make clean up easier. The handy release lever is itself worth getting this pan for. No more burning my hand touching a hot probe handle (yes, other probes get warm) and having to pull quite hard to get them to come out. Temp goes up very high and their M design for the element underneath REALLY does keep the WHOLE surface hot, rather than just the usual element which just goes around in a square/rectangle. This release lever is everything! As soon as we received ours and checked it out and saw how fine a product it is, we immediately ordered another one. Received it today. Couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend enough. We use ours for meats and eggs but we use it every single day to steam/saute/stirfry veggies. GREAT electric skillet!
