Is this suitable for a girl as a gift?

I sent it to a Great Granddaughter and she loved it!

Is there a list of the songs that play?

I bought one and it didn’t work. Replaced the batteries with new ones and it still didn’t work. I ordered a replacement and the same thing happened. I’d skip this purchase and get one at target. My sister in law bought one for my son there and it works perfectly.

How does the playback function work?

Press "record" button, you can record your own creative melodies and then press "playback" button, it will playback your own music.
