Review: Easy to use, to follow, and not complicated - Many easy to follow recipes that were not complicated. Liked the addition of the tags to the recipes to know if it fit other diets like low carb, or gluten as an example. Review: Reflux Cookbook - Nice hefty cookbook with a binding that will last for the ages. Recipes are fine and easy to follow. Kind of expensive, tbh, but I needed it.

Provides diverse options that are catered to those with sensitive stomachs
I have struggled finding recipes for my sensitive stomach and figured I would try making food from a cook book. I picked this because it was meant for GERD and that it said the recipes were easy (which to me means less time and less random ingredients). I appreciate the GERD reference material in the front, but you don't have to read it if you don't want to. I scrolled over several recipes and they are all pretty basic, but provided more diversity in food then I would be able to think of or search for on a recipe website (been stuck with plain chicken, rice, and vegetables for a while). Since the recipes are meant to avoid potential GERD triggers I was more willingly to try recipes how they were written. I just got done making and eating the veggie tacos and I am pretty impressed with how good they were and my stomach isn't killing me. So, it gets five stars from me. Hopefully the other recipes are just as good.

Not totally gerd friendly recipes
Not what I expected. Recipes are not what most people are familiar with.

Love It
This is the best acid reflux cookbook I have found yet. Simple, easy, tasty recipes with ingredients I actually like and mostly have on hand. Nutrition information included (which many books lack). Making my lifestyle change a lot easier. Good explanations of acid reflux and managing same too. Thought I knew it all but did gain some insightful information. Liked this book so much, I ordered her other cookbook on this topic.

Recipes look very tasty in The Easy Acid Reflux Cookbook with very good advice in the beginning of the book
Very well written pages before the recipes start. Lots of the recipes look very good and I will try them. I suffer from GERD and IBS and I like that she lists at the top of the page if these recipes are LOW FODMAP, Paleo, Gluten free, Alkaline, Low Carb, Vegetarian, or Vegan. The only drawback to this book is that she should have listed in the Index pages where to find those particular types of diets. I have to go through all the pages and write down all LOW FODMAP recipes for when I have episodes of gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). She has a nice list of things to have on hand in your pantry to make these recipes which I like a lot. I will start an elimination trial to see which foods are irritating my stomach first so that I can make more than the Low Fodmap recipes and Alkaline recipes. All in all, this book is worth whatever I paid for it.

Good comfort food recipes but with some caveats
There's a good variety in here and most of the recipes looked quite good. Ultimately though I ended up giving this to a friend of mine as many of the recipes contained cooked garlic or onion which I was needing to avoid. For those who don't need to avoid those two ingredients when cooked this has plenty of under 30min comfort food recipes that cover your main meals. The rest of the content about diet and what to eat/avoid seems to be based more on the authors conversations and personal experience as opposed to medical research, but there's nothing untrue per se, just more individualized than what I was hoping for.

Excellent research
I enjoyed the information research and modifications to diet, it's been very helpful. I haven't quite transitioned to the recipes yet, but do so gradually. All the good foods are recommended to cease or modify. Drats!

Lots of great and easy recipes
I love this cookbook. Great for prepping and cooking meals midweek on a busy schedule. Very tasty recipes. We have tried at least 15 of them and really liked all of them. Great variety. And also good for entire family, not just those trying to eat low acid foods. I was able to easily find all ingredients in a regular grocery store.

Great cookbook!
The recipes are simple enough, though some ingredients are not always easily found at the store so you might have to swap an ingredient or two here and there. Also, for those who like to eat with their eyes first (like me), there are almost no pictures. Overall, I think it's a really helpful cookbook for someone who is starting to watch their acidic food intake. Plus, it contains good indications on which type of food to avoid and daily ingredient replacement like spice and condiments.
