I purchased this for keeping bacon strips flat whilst frying. It worked perfectly and I enjoyed the best bacon sandwiches in a long time! I've dropped a star because I really wanted it to be a little heavier so I could just place it and leave it under its own weight. Apart from that, great item and definitely recommended.

Good size to make whatever size patty you need, has decent heft to it so very easy to smash down a burger nice and thin. The handle feels great and the surface is easy to smash down and release the patty so can't really complain - does everything it needs to!
