I ordered Manjistha to improve lypmhatic function, boost the immune system, and help with acne. I have only been taking it for a few days, but I noticed some improvement, I hope my acne will clear up by the end of the bottle... This is a high quality powder, no aftertaste, no side effects. As I read more on manjistha, I found an article about goats with 'red bones' who were grazing on manjistha, apparently it improves calcium absorption as well, which is good news. I noticed that I sleep better too.

Warning the red can dye your mug and any thing it touches... it is great with some honey after it is warm/cool never Boil or Bake with honey. Health beenefits are fantactic

I really like this product. I am incorporating it into my 93 year old mother's diet to happy her nutritional in take. I like the taste when I add it to my juice when making a smoothie. I will purchase again.
