Natural and convenient
I brought this for my sister in law a committed long distance runner who was complaining that the only energy gels available seem to be full of rubbish ingredients. This one is completely natural and she says it tastes great and gave her just the boost she needs at 20 miles (!! I keep telling her that’s what cars are for!!) she particularly liked that it was easy to carry and hasn’t added unnecessary weight. She also adds it to water and says it tastes great.

Full of goodness
Tried them today, a strange texture and taste but if there’s no nasties in the ingredients I can cope with them. Extreme sup racing so we’re eating healthy flapjack along with the gels so hard to tell if the add any benefit but we’ll keep taking them 👍

Good if you want something natural instead of classic gels. A bit too sweet maybe because of the honey, but natural alternative and money value.

Decent gel but beware at airports
Wanted these to use during a marathon because they were natural. I would say they are decent value for money however they did leave a metallicy taste in my mouth and they weren’t the easiest to open. The size of them was good to carry in my running belt. DO BE WARNED THAT IF IN CARRY ON LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT THEY WILL BE STOPPED AND CHECKED WHICH TOOK CONSIDERABLE TIME.

Works exactly like it should
Easy to consume, brilliant taste (only if you like honey) and feels like it does exactly what it needs to.I suppose if I was being super critical, it may be a bit thick (because it’s honey), but that’s a personal preference.Overall I love it!

Tastes weird
A very strange initial flavor, soon masked by the overwhelmingly sweet honey flavour, however that strange firtaste never stops with each mouthful, tastes very chemically, maybe it's the packaging. Secondly, I am not a sensitive person, but after just a few "sips" of this I bloat terriblely. Its extremely uncomfortable, despite the "natural ingredients" something doesn't sit right with me.Unfortunately it's a big no from me, too big, too sweet and it's too weird. I'd rather buy a jar of honey I knew and liked and ate that by the spoon on my hike, or better, eat whole fruit.This is far too large a portion, way too much sugar. Messy to open and difficult to get out the packaging making it messy and sticky. I'm not even sure the energy I received was sustainable. Felt pretty crap after consuming just 1/4 of a pack.
