DO IT!!
As someone with a connective tissue disorder( hEDS) I have a lot of GI issues. This stuff is magic!!! Very little side effects, works wonders provides great combo for clearing out guts. Super easy to take 2 pills twice a day. Maybe if you’re sensitive take just 1 and see how you feel. Make sure you chug a lot of water with it. Doesn’t taste the best but that’s fine if it works. WHICH IT DOES!!! I used to take upwards of 8 laxatives a day with no luck but on day 3 of this wow wow wow!!! I think when I’m past the 10 days recommended I’ll take just 1 a day or so. This stuff is magic.

Inconsistent Quality Control – Watch Out for Bad Batches
Works great, but watch out for bad batches When the capsules are the proper dark green, this product works wonderfully and I'm very happy with the results. However, I've received bottles where the capsules were a light brown instead, and those batches simply do not work at all. Quality consistency needs improvement so customers aren't stuck with duds.

Helps me keep regular
This product really helps me to keep regular. I was born with Spina Bifida and constipation is just one thing of many I have to deal with. These pills are very effective and my doctor likes that the ingredients are all natural. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who has an issue with constipation.

Be prepared for the worse cramping ever...but...
I guess everyone reacts differently to this. I've see reviews that say no cramping but I have to say this was the WORSE stomach aches/cramping, I have ever experienced. It was absolutely debilitating BUT.....that may just be me. The product worked beside that.

It works
Works great. I keep extra on hand for when I get constipated. A couple pills is enough to get things moving but it’s intended use is to take 2 pills daily for 10 days for a complete cleanse.

very helpful for people with GERD /LPR
if you suffer from GERD /LPR / or severe acid reflux or acidity which just wont go away after treatments , then this may cure you....after one year of unbearable pain of acidity with all treatment options failing , colon cleanse worked for me .....do not take this as a medical advice its just my story it may or may not be useful for your GERD , consult your doctor but a colon cleanse usually dosent hurt anyone

did the job, satisfying result
glad i found this. constipation is my problem since ages. and colon cleanse really does it job. took 1 dose (2 capsules) in a day and its enough to drain my stomach.
