Inexpensive and works great even for swimming
I tripped and fell on a hiking trail and scraped a bunch of skin off the front of my shin. I swim regularly and I didn't want to have to take weeks out of the pool for it to heal. This product solved that problem. I cut a nonstick pad to the size of the wound and then cut this waterproof dressing about half an inch larger on each side. The dressing is extremely thin and sticks really well to the skin, not rolling up at the corners at all. I found it easy to apply by first cutting it to size, then removing the covering over the adhesive face, attaching the dressing and pressing it down on all sides, and finally removing the backing on the non-adhesive face. It holds up just fine through 40 minutes of swimming and appears waterproof. Removing it takes a bit of effort to get it started by sliding a fingernail under one corner, but once I get one corner up the rest of it pulls off pretty easily with almost no pain even on very delicate skin. I initially bought Tegaderm dressings from my local Walgreens and those also worked fine, but I prefer the Dimora dressing as it's thinner and more comfortable, and also about ten times cheaper!

A Game Changer for Blood Glucose Monitor Sensor Users
Having been recently diagnosed with diabetes, I was prescribed a Dexcom G7 glucose sensors that works with my iPhone to continually monitor my blood sugar levels and set alarms so while sleeping if my sugar levels fell too low or went to high, I would be alerted by an alarm. However, keeping the sensor in place for the entire 10 days was a challenge, as the adhesive tape provided more often than not would come off an would allow the sensor to come off and force me to use another one before the 10 days were up, which can be an issue particularly when you run out of sensors before its time to have the prescription refilled. Remembering seeing his type of adhesive tape in the hospital mainly to hold an IV securely in place, I thought I would give it a try. I initially purchased a smaller bandage which worked but usually somewhere in the middle of the 10 days I would either have to replace the bandage or sometimes it would completely come off in my sleep there again wasting another sensor prematurely. Looking to replace the original bandage I purchased, I found the Dimora Transparent Film Dressing in the 50 pack, it has a much larger surface area, excellent adhesion and very waterproof. During the 10-day period the sensor is good for the bandage stays securely in place protecting the sensor from water while showering, prevents the sensor being pulled out overnight while sleeping and is comfortable to wear, although as with any bandage there can be some itching at times, the picture I posted is after 8 days, even though it may start to peel up there is still plenty of adhesive area left to protect the sensor. I would highly recommend if you use a glucose sensor you purchase this product and throw away the adhesive bandage that is typically supplied with your sensor as it will offer you far better protection, you wonโt be disappointed. UPDATE: This bandage actually lasted the full days blus the on additional day for the "Grace Period: Great product.

Keeps wounds dry and bacteria free!
This is perfect for keeping degree and water out of a wound that doesnโt need to get water in it. I was able to wear these over a wound in the lake and it stayed clean and dry! The deal is perfect. I do recommend getting a bandaid remover for it because it defiantly sticks to your skin.

Easy to use
I found these to be very effective. The adhesive was strong but did not injure the skin like tape does. It also allows you to see the gauze underneath in order to detect oozing.

Works
The quality of this film dressing is very good. They're almost as good as the ones that I had access to when I worked in a hospital. Is definitely a good value for the price.

Works okay
I gave these a shot because they were cheaper than the 3M Tegaderm. I have used Tegaderm a lot for road rash and keeping wounds moist and protected from the elements. I think this Dimora version, while very similar to Tegaderm, it does not adhere quite as well and last as long before you need to change it. I also noticed on a few of them that the adhesive separated from the film while I was removing it from my skin, so the adhesive side stayed on my skin, but the film came off. I've never had that happen with Tegaderm before, which I feel is a higher quality product and has a better adhesive.

Works great and available locally!
Great product. I use this to cover my insulin pump sensor and transmitter (to keep it stable and dry). It's also available on Amazon Australia (locally), so it gets to you quicker.

Perfect for Emla creams
This plaster is perfect for Emla creams. It is transparent and waterproof, and cheaper than other alternatives in shops. easy to apply, and entire white bit peels off easily. Itโs a similar material to the dressing placed into IV.

Great Occlusive Dressing
These came quickly and are just the sort of occlusive dressing that we required to use in combination with a numbing cream.
