We are experiencing very severe snow and icy conditions here in the North East of the UK, most of the area is impassable but our delivery driver made the effort to get my parcel delivered. The items are very fragile heat lamps, but they arrived in one piece, not broken, so, because of the speedy delivery time our guard dogs will be snug and warm in their kennels tonight...thank you to Royal Mail and Amazon postal service 😀

The bulb has a poor shelf life, and went after just 7 days of use - no power cuts or surges. Was left on all the time in a setup where it couldn't be knocked or easily moved.

Good quality heat lamp bulb did a great job keeping my seven newborn puppies warm without the glare of a bright white light. Decent price and good quality.

I message saying product broken in 4 days and striaght away sent me a replacement very happy and satisfied thank you for replacing and sending it straight away Much appreciated

Good value, work well. we use them all the time with our dogs. They throw out enough heat to keep them cosy in their kennels and so far last quite a long time . I will buy again.

Does the job but as with most heat bulbs they won't last long.
