The first cartridge print quality was very poor and the second one was somewhat better but not perfect. After contacting the manufacturer, they were very responsive and immediately shipped a replacement which the print quality was very good. The ink warning lights do come on at each printing job, but they can be cancelled and printing continues. I am using an older HP 460 deskjet travel printer and it is possible that the first cartridges shipped were old stock. The manufacturer is very concerned that the consumer is completely satisfied with their product. I would highly recommend trying this cartridge in view of the low cost.

I like the product even tho I had a problem with 1 of the color cartridges - it wouldn't load on my printer so I called customer service and they gladly replaced the cartridge at no cost to me.These cartridges that I purchased are for my personal printer at home.

These run out VERY FAST!! I bought the double pack; one printed about 12 pages while the other printed about 18. The colored ones are even worse at five pages. Spend a few more bucks and get better ones, not worth it...Okay, I initially gave one star but I have bumped it up to three. I keep getting error message from my printer so I wiped it down a few times and it started to work again. The color ones are still dry and out after 5 pages or so but these black ones seem to work well after a few wipes. This is only for one out of the two pack as the other one is still dry. This is super cheap so again you get what you paid for, it's a hit or miss I guess...
