Well worth the price
My personal trainer at the gym recommended these inserts, and I'm glad I took his advice. After wearing them for several weeks, the plantar fasciitis that I was experiencing in my left heel is gone. For the price point, this product is a superior and affordable alternative to the companies that advertise similar inserts, but charge thousands of dollars for their programs. If you are suffering foot pain, give these a try. They worked so well for me that I bought a second set. I wear a women's 5-5.5.

Simply amazing
I've seen thousands of reviews of products I considered "over the top", possibly reviews by friends and family to sway a review to support a product. In this case, I can without a doubt say this product changed my life. Seen the commercials, ads, etc. all appealing to this "life changing" product. And they are spot on. Remarkable how this not only relieved foot pain, but it also tweaked my back for a couple days and by day three my back was pain free. To say this product performs as stated in ads/commercials is an understatement. I would not only recommend this, but I also highly encourage those with foot pain to give this a shot, you will not regret it.

Good Buy for Price, Helping correct relaxed and torn arch issues!! -ARMY GUY
I have wide fore foot and narrow heal, considering that it fits well. I'm a small built guy sprinter by nature. While in the army we had to go long distances and strain our feet whilst carrying heavy packs(80-140lbs depending). Caused my arches to become flat since my feet had no strength to maintain arch after the first 15-20 miles(every other day), they just give out and you duck walk to the finish, bad for your feet. I like them in my boots the most, however they do feel good when i go for a run. I work out with them so that i develop muscles to support my corrected arch, not develop them while in a dysfunctional state. Seems to be working as expected. I use highest arch setting, I notice after a work out with them and then an additional 6 -8 hours on my feet i feel soreness. It's to be expected i suppose as it is pressing the tendons into a corrected position. I do wonder if it is causing them to stretch however, To counter the "idea" that may be the case, when bare foot or sandals i consciously pay attention to my posture, slight bend to knees usually forces my knees into alignment with hips(removing the natural lean a person has) and also the ankles and in turn feet. I do notice in long mirror the symmetry that is coming back. Of course newly used muscles are not tired, they just give out since they have not been trained. I find myself when losing endurance on my feet naturally standing with locked knees and then my feet in turn begin to roll inward towards arch with my weight, then my feet shimmy outwards to rest the weight on the arch of foot and not balls of my foot. Point being these inserts work well as a guide. It presses up against your tendons to form arch and naturally your body adapts by tightening area and "flexing" the arch to help strengthen it. Does take time. Again you will "feel" it out. You will notice from soreness if you wear them to long off the bat. I wore 14 hours first day and hurt pretty bad. but objectively i noticed it was causing me to improve posture even when not wearing them. So play around with it a bit, the different sizes, maybe a few hours at a time, then off and wait to see if there is soreness to access your tolerance. There are three elevation pads with this purchase. They work great. I enjoy them. @@on a side note i noticed i now seem to want to stand on the side of my feet when in bare foot. looking in full length mirror i realized if i just force myself from that position to press the pad of my big toe down, that is where my feet used to be and what my arch used to look like. Plus everything is aligned perfectly, so i guess these are reminding my body how it should stand and where it appears im on the sides of my feet, that is really just how many degrees of twist and deformation to my forefoot that has occurred since i started becoming flatfooted. Good to know that it causing my body to realign itself even when not using them. Just a conscious effort to retrain muscles and tendons that have grown and stretched wrong for years. Just something i noticed. Maybe it helps someone. These insoles are a Great buy for the price, good quality, and are helping me correct issues for sure!@@

I can walk without pain.
I always have trouble finding shoes that don’t cause foot or knee pain, or hip pain, or back pain. Then I decided to try these OTC orthotics. I walked all over Peru, hiked through Machu Picchu, climbed Ollantaytambo and shopped many tourist booths. Not once did I get pain. Because of my high arches the walk fit supports sometimes make sandals a bit tight, but I’ll take that over the other pains shoes give me. They are comfortable, and fit right into my arches for perfect support. They also balance my gait, so I walked with more stability. I haven’t needed my walking stick since I purchased them. They fit easily and are comfortable all day. They feel hard in my hand, but are perfect for my feet. I am buying another pair so I don’t have to move them so often. A great product!!

Seriously worth a try!
A couple months back I took a factory job where I am on my feet walking the whole shift - most of the time at a fast pace - shuffling parts where they need to go. Recently I started having right knee pain and left hip pain. Swelling and stiffness that only got worse pretty quickly over a few days. I could tell that I was going to walk myself into some serious knee damage. I couldn't help but slow down and start limping a bit. I even missed some days in a row because as I told the boss "I've got to get off this knee". That's when I got serious about addressing the problem. First I tried a quality knee brace - that helped a bit but the underlying strain on whatever ligament was still there and doing damage. Then I added some national brand gel shoe inserts from that Wally land. Oh my feet were feeling real good with those inserts but that strain on my knee ligament was still there and doing damage. I'd say almost all adults have had a medical problem that gets bad enough that THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING! That was me and that's when I saw the infomerical for Walkfit Platinum Orthotics. I never, ever buy "As Seen On TV" stuff but they had me - I was willing to try anything. I didn't call the infomercial 800 number, I went straight to Amazon, found the Walkfit orthotics here and took a chance. Ladies and gentlemen, please excuse my all caps but - I'M A BELIEVER! THESE THINGS WORK! I've only wore them a few days at work but the knee and hip difference is profound. Swelling - gone! Pain - gone! Stiffness - gone! My knee can bend and flex, my hip wasn't my major problem but it works like a hip now, it doesn't hurt. I'm now shoving parts and keeping up with the youngsters at work (I'm 54) and work is FUN again! I should add that I do still wear my knee brace - Walkfit and the knee brace complement each other very nicely. Folks, I have no idea why a shoe orthotic could help a knee or hip. We'd have to ask the doctors. As a human being I can tell that it changes my walking gate, that the muscle and ligament alignment has changed up, the stress on the pain point has shifted away ever so slightly. I'm sorry to say that in my opinion these orthotics might not be a best match for all people. Do I think Walkfit orthotics are soothing to my feet? No. Absolutely not! I'd dare say they are uncomfortable, but not in a terrible way. I'd compare walking a shift on Walkfits to wearing no orthotics at all. Your feet are going to hurt either way. Young people, nurses, waitresses, factory workers, etc who are just looking for comfort for tired sore feet that walk on tile or concrete their whole work shift might be better served with a quality gel shoe insert. Walkfits are rigid foot arch supports with hardly any give - but that's the whole point of them. They adjust the way your feet step ever so slightly and what was hurting in your lower body gets some relief. As we all recall: the foot bone connects to the leg bone, the leg bone connects to the thigh bone, the thigh bone connects to the... Well, you all know the story. For you folks that are in a similar situation as I am - I say give them a try. I was not compensated for this review. Walkfit company doesn't know I exist. I didn't know they existed until a few days ago when I was flipping channels and chanced upon their early AM infomercial.

These work if you think you need them get them now thank me later
Ok so I have been using these for months now and they work. I have plantar fasciitis and like I could make it thru a day even taking breaks taking my shoes and or boots off and resting my feet I mean I tried different boots different insoles and yeah I can't afford that good feet store $300-500 pair of custom fit insoles so the Riverside foot doctor recommended I try these out. And they work feet much better off I can make it thru the day and not set in my car in my drive way with tears in my eyes over the pain in my feet and the thought of having to walk on them to go in my house. like truly my feet are so much better. I mean they still hurt after being up on them but it isn't unbearable anymore and it isn't all that bad most days. Now that I have conveyed to you how good they work let's talk about what sucks about them. One you can not use them with anything else in the show or boot what so ever, you have to take everything out and put these in and use them like that or they kill your feet. and this leaves no padding for the rest of you foot and the balls of your feet and your toes have to just be left to deal with that rough scratchy bottom of your shoe or boot with nothing but the sock on your. Idk why the hell these people didn't make this product so it fits the entire shoe or boot or have it so it can go on top or under the factory insoles, maybe could be paired with a thin gel or air cushion but yeah no I tried all that and yeah these things have to be the only thing in your shoe for them to work right. The little round Velcro things that come with them to keep them in place in your shoe, yeah they suck and don't work. They give you low medium and high arch options and have one installed in the insert all ready. These things wear out and you will have to replace them idk if you can get just the parts that snaps in and out or have to get new supports and everything. Which the part that snaps in that wears out the snapping design itself fails and the things just fall out all the time so yeah I am going to just order a new set. Even though there are three ngs about them I just absolutely hate I will be buying them again and again I don't care how many times I have to buy them I am going to buy them and look for a way to have the ball of my feet and toes some cushioning because these things are what has saved my feet because I was seriously contemplating just blowing my feet off at the ankle with my shotgun of cutting them off with a chainsaw.... Yeah I was at the end of the rope with these dang feet of mine and things were about to get crazy because nothing as hurt me like my feet were hurting my in all of my 43 years on this earth.

Knee and hip pain is gone
UPDATE: My Platinum versions have arrived and I have been wearing them for the last week. As I expected, they are every bit as good as the Phase4s. In fact, better. I like the little bit of rubberized shock absorption they have added (I wasn't sure at first) and the ability to tailor them for height. As I described below, these orthotics have really helped my knee, hip, and back pain. To be clear, my "Platinum" Walkfits have not arrived yet. I have two pairs on order. I am basing this review on my experience with the Walkfit's predecessors, Phase4 orthotics. I expect that the Platinums will be every bit as good. I have been wearing another popular "over the counter" orthotic for some time. The one's I'm wearing, you stand on a machine and it gives you a recommendation for the orthotic to buy. The machine said that I have a normal foot, which surprises me because I have been to two foot doctors who have told me I have a really high arch. Nonetheless, the orthotics I purchased were immediately very comfortable, and I own three pairs. The problem is that I have been having lower back and hip problems for the past couple of years, and in the past 6 months or so, my knees have been getting progressively sore. After just a short walk, flexing my leg by lifting my foot towards my buttocks was VERY painful, and crouching and then getting back up was difficult. I found the Phase4 othotics in my mom and dad's garage and thought I would give them a try. My dad had worn them for one day and gave up on them. HERE IS WHERE THE WARNING COMES!!! Take very seriously the directions of the Phase4 (Walkfits) to wear the othotics for only an hour or so each day until you get used to them. My dad gave up on them because they were so painful to wear, but he wore them to play golf in on the very first day! DON'T DO THAT! I made a similar mistake, wearing them slippers around the house for about 3 hours the first couple of days. Like my dad, I was in big time pain! But rather than giving up on them, I slowly broke them in. I have been wearing mine for about 5 weeks now, both in my slippers and increasingly in my walking shoes. As of this week, I walked the golf course successfully, even though my feet were getting a bit sore by the 16th hole. I had to take a break from the orthotics for the evening and a bit of the next day. But the sensation is getting better all the time. They're actually beginning to feel quite comfortable. I hiked for 2 hours today with NO discomfort in my feet. Here's the big thing -- the pain in my knees and hips is gone. Completely. After my golf game and after my hike today, I could flex my leg with no sense of discomfort. Even the tightness in my lower back has been reduced significantly. As I was telling my wife today, when I put my fore fingers on my hips as I walk, the hips move solidly with no lateral movement. When I did this before wearing the Phase4s, there was a feeling of lateral movement in the hip almost as if the hip was "popping in and out" alignment. Another thing that surprises me is that even when I'm not wearing the orthotic and I'm in my socks, I seem to walk differently now -- more on the outside of my feet rather than collapsing inward (pronating), which is my general tendency. As I say, I have two pairs of Walkfit Platinums on the way because they are going in all my shoes so I don't have to keep switching these in and out. But I say it again, break them in slowly or you're in for some pain.
