Expensive but vey happy
I am a long time user of Continental tyres and inner tubes. I have consistently had good experiences with the tyres - good and consistent grip, reasonable wear rates and puncture resistance. I used GP4000S for a number of years. Last year I bought a 2nd hand Giant TCR that came set up tubeless with Giant tyres fitted. These Giant tyres were OK but getting to end of life so I sourced a spare set - "luckily" I got an almost new set from a major "internet marketplace". at a great price I thought that as I had Giant wheels that Giant tyres would be perfect and an easy fit. The first time I went to swap one of the original tyres for one of the almost new spares it took me hours and 2 attempts - the second attempt was only successful only when I'd sourced a compressor. Even then the tyre was not quite seated properly. The second time fitting the other tyre again I had a challenging job to seating the tyre properly and I just could not - the bead would not properly slip onto the rim so the tyre was not quite round - not round enough that it was detectable whilst riding So I bit the bullet and replaced both tyres with these GP5000S TR The first thing I found was that the tyres just popped straight onto the wheel first time and almost sealed without sealant. Filling with sealant and re-inflating was trivial and both tyres were properly fitted and leak free immediately. What had been around 5 hours to fit the 2 Giant tyres before was about 15 minutes for both these GP500S Riding these are as excellent as the GP4000S were and just a bit better - smooth ride and feel like they roll well and good levels of consistent grip. I have noticed that I do need to put about 10psi back in once per week as they lose a little pressure but as the weeks go by this is getting less Very happy with my decision to get these tyres and will be binning the Giant tyres

Best bang for your buck!
Legit product, the best feel, speed and performance from a tyre. The tubeless fit was super easy on my wheels. Black chill compound always provides great durability and traction although value for money could be a little better imo

650's don't fit
I've been riding (commuting, road, MTB, triathlon) for going on nearly 20 years, and have used and changed a lot of tyres in my time. I've used - and loved - GP5000's on my road and triathlon bike, so when I purchased a gravel bike I purchased a set of these to use when I run it on the road. They were 650's and I was going to run them with a tube. Let's just say they were an absolute nightmare. I've never in my life failed to seat a set of tires - until now. After a ton of googling and using every tip, a lot of swearing, and two very sore thumbs, I finally managed to seat them, but they were so tight against the rim tape, I couldn't budge them to poke the valve through the hole! I gave up and gave them to the local bike shop. After a few days of fettling they said they could get them to fit, but there is absolutely no way anyone could change them at the roadside. They reckon these were super tight because they're aimed at being ran tubeless. Not cheap, and don't fit. I will never buy Continental ever again.

700 x 30c - excellent!
I am upgrading these 700x30c tires on my trek madone gen 5. I read all available forums and asked chat GPT if I could upgrade from 25c to 30c, and the reply I received was - impossible. Nevertheless I bought 30c and installed them on my bike. They fitted very well, and I think 30c is the maximum you can put on trek madone gen 5. I also tested the bike, 30c tyres are way better on London’s roads, much smoother and to be ones faster than 25c. Absolutely love these tyres. They also look better on rims. So 5 stars!

Happy days
Pain in the arse to fit on my rims, got it after a little while. First one was a dream to fit, second faught me every step of the way. Other than that, tyres are solid. Enough grip on the roads and no concerns just yet!

One of the best tubeless tyres around
Compared to the many premium brands I have used, they are relatively more puncture resistant and is more true to the stated width compared to other brands, making it easier to gauge the correct width to purchase if you would want to maximise the tyre clearance of your bike frame.
